Taking out doors, windows and clestory windows shutters (Steel or wood) including stacking within 50 meters lead, including cost of all labour charges,minor tools, GST, LWC,etc, complete.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium work for shutters of doors, windows and ventilator including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of PVC/ nerprene gasket, fittings charges and all labour charges, minor tools, LWC, GST, etc, complete.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator, shutters and partitions etc, with PVC neoprene gasket as per the architectural drawings frame,with glass panes of 5.00 mm thickness (weight not less than 10.00 Kg/ Sqm including cost of all materials, labour charges, minor tools, LWC, GST, etc, complete.

Earthwork excavation infoundation trenches and column andplinth etc, in ordinary soil lead up to 100 mtrs andlift up to 1.50 Mtrs, as directed by the EIC, and returning the excavated soil after completion of foundation workinside the trench, including cost of all labour charges, cost of minor tools, LWC, GST, etc, complete.

Providing and fixing Door shutter items transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with nuts and screws, including, cost of all labour charges, minor tools, GST, LWC, etc, complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering,inclduing cost of cement, stone aggregates, pulverised sand, all labour charges, cost of minor tools, transportation charges, GST, LWC , etc complete. All work up to plinth level 1:2:4 (1 cement, 2 pulverised sand and 4 grade stone aggregates 20 mm nominal size)

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters lead including cost of labour charges, minor tools, LWC, GST etc, complete.

Plastering with cement mortar 1: 4 (1 cement and 4 mainland river sand) 12 mm thick over hollow block wall and exposed concrete surface etc, including cost of cement, mainland river sand, screening and washing of the sand all labour charges, curing transportation charges of all materials to work site and minor tools, LWC, GST, etc, complete.

Removing and disposing of night soil from septic tank by Mechanically operating vehicle, including cleaning the blockages and removing of night soil and soaked earth from surrounding area of septic tank and disposing the removed sludge/ material including hire charges of equipped vehicle, all labour charges, minor tools, LWC, GST, etc, complete.

Removing and disposing of night soil from inspection chamber by manually including removing and refixing of cover slab, cleaning and blockages in sewage pipes and removing of night soil and soaked earth from surrounding area of the inspection chamber and disposing the removed materials at a distance of 500 mtrs from the inspection chamber including cost of kerosene, phynoil, soap all labour charges, minor tools and plants, LWC, GST, etc, complete.

Painting two coat over old wall with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand by EIC (Ultima/ ALL Guard/ Asian/ Nerolac/ Berger) or equivalent of required colour and manufacture to give an even shade at all locations, preparation of surface including cleaning, scraping of the existing painted surface, cost of emulsion paint, brushes, scaffolding arrangements, transportation charges, all labour charges, minor tools, LWC, GST, etc, complete.

Providing and supply of following labourers as and when required for attending miscellaneous day to day works such as up rooting the bushes in the entire complex, dumping with a lead of 100 mtr uprooted bushes of the entire colony, attending minor plastering works, carpentry works & plumbing works, cleaning of syntax tanks in the colony etc, as directed by the EIC, including cost of labour charges, minor tools, LWC, GST, etc, complete.

Providing eaves or facia board with Everest heavy duty board/ endure board or equalent (Non asbestos fibre cement board) of 12 mm thick 30 mm wide with brass screws, etc, as per the direction of EIC, including cost of board, nails, brass, screws, scaffolding etc, all labour charges, transportation charges of all materials to work site, minor tools, LWC, GST, etc, complete.

Providing and fixing of white vitreous China pedestal type water closet (European type WC pan) with seat and lid, CP brass hinges and rubber buffers, 10 litre low level PVC flushing cistern with fittings CI MS brackets, 40 mm dia meter flush pipe with fittings and clamps, over flow arrangement with special and mosquito proof coupling of approved municipal design including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required (WC pan with white solid plastic seat & lid), including cost of all materials, transportation charges, minor tools, GST & LWC, etc, complete.

Removing the existing IWC & providing and fixing white vitreous china water closet squating pan (Indian type W.C pan) with 100 mm sand cast iron P or S trap, transportation charges of materials to work site, all labour charges, minor tools, LWC & GST etc, complete. (Long pan pattern W.C. pan of size 580 mm with flush pipe& overflow arrangement.)

Two coats on old work painting with synthetic enamel colour paint 1st quality of approved brand by EIC (Ultima/ All Guard/ Asian/ Nerolack/ Berger) or equivalent over steel surface, preparation of surface including cleaning, scrapping of the existing painted surface, cost of paint, brush, scaffolding arrangements, transportation charges of all materials to worksite all labour charges, minor tools, including of LWC, GST, etc, complete.

Painting two coats with ready mixed paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades to give an even shade, preparation of surface including cleaning, scrapping of the existing painted surface, cost of ready mixed paint, brushes, transportation charges, scaffolding arrangements, all labour charges, minor tools, LWC, GST, etc, complete (Old wood work)

Providing and fixing white vitreous china wash basin ISI marked) with CI/ MS brackets, 15 mm CP brass pillar taps, 32 mm CP brass waste of standard pattern including painting of fitting an brackets cutting and making good the walls wherever required, transportation charges of materials to work site, all labour charges, minor tools, LWC, GST, etc, complete. Flat back wash basin size 550 x 400 mm with a single 15 mm CP brass pillar taps.

Providing and fixing 20 cm thick masonary with Hollow Block of size 0.40 x 0.20 x 0.20 Mtrs. Cast with 1:3:6 cement concrete (1 cement, three quarry dust & six graded 11.2 mm and down size) including curing, fixing with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement, 4 crushed sand) in walls, again curing, including cost of cement, hire charges of hollow block machine, making charges, transportation charges of all materials to work site, cost of pallets scaffolding charges, minor tools, GST, LWC, etc, complete.

Conveying of dismantling asphalt/ debries/ earth/ rubbish materials by truck and dumping the same within a lead of 14 Km as directed by the EIC including labour charges hire charges of truck including POL and operator, minor tools, LWC, GST, etc, complete.

Removing existing damaged PVC doors and providing and fixing solid PVC paneled door of ISI mark of approved brand with 3 mm thick and frame provided with 5 mm thick PVC including cost of all labour charges, minor tools, transportation charges, scaffolding charges, LWC, GST, etc, complete.

Providing and laying Tarfelt sheet to stop the leakage excluding cost of tarfelt sheet and tarfelt gum including cost of all labour charges, transportation charges all other materials and minor tools, LWC, GST, etc, complete.

Steel work in built up pedestal of water tank and scooter shed, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, welded and bolted including cost of all materials, MS pipe, MS Angle and MS Plate etc, special shaped washers, transportation charges of all materials to worksite, labour charges, LWC, GST, etc, complete.

Providing and laying RCC 1:1.5:3 with 20 mm size stone chips (1 cement, 1.5 mainland river sand & three stone chips of size 20 mm grade from Port Blair quarry) in all RCC works as directed by the EIC, cost of fabrication charges which will be paid seperately, cost of stone chips, cement and sand, screening the aggregates, placing in position LWC, GST, etc, complete.

Fabrication and fixing of Tor Steels rods for all RCC works as directed by the EIC including cost of steel rods, cost of all handling, cutting, bending, tying and welding in position wherever necessary with black 18 SWG annealed bind wire, all labour charges, cost of binding wire, transportation charges, LWC, GST, etc, complete.

Providing and fixing stainless steel kitchen sink as per IS 13983 with CI brackets and stainless steel plug 40 mm including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required. Kitchen sink with drain board, Size 510 x 1040 bowl depth 178 mm

Providing and laying and fixing 110 mm dia PVC pipe 4 Kg/cm2 from W.C. to inspection chamber including fittings of PVC pipes, bends, tees, HCI cowls vent pipe etc, wherever required as per the direction of EIC, cost of all labour charges transportation charges, minor tools, etc, complete.

Providing and laying 12.50 liter capacity flushing cistern including cost flushing cistern, fixing in position, cost of transportation charges of all materials to work site, all labour charges, minor tools, GST, LWC, etc, complete.

Providing anf fixing Aluminium rain water gutter around the building including cutting holes and making good the same as directed by the EIC including cost of akuminium sheet, transportation charges of all materials to worksite, cost of all labour charges including cost of all materials, transportation charges, minor tools, GST, LWC, etc, complete.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles 300 x 450 conforming to ISI 5622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by EIC, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 mainland river sand) including cost of cement, mainland river sand and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 Kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete, including cost of cement, grey/ white cement transportation charges of all materials to worksite, all labour charges minor tools, LWC, GST, etc, complete.
