Excavation in hilly areas in all heights and depths and in all kinds of soil by manual/mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock ,soft rock ,hard rock chiseling, wedging out rock(where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil complete including setting out true to the lines, grades, width, cutting and trimming of side slopes and levels as shown on the drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site, according to the MORD technical specification section 300 and 1600 and sorting out useful materials and stacking the same within in all leads and lifts in acquired road width and transportation of un-useful materials for filling in roadways camber ,embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus materials to approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load or animal transport or mechanical means alongwith its leveling fine dressing and carriage of machineries ,materials, tools, equipments and safety measures and other incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and/ labour if required.All useful materials such as stones, shingle aggregate and slates etcetera shall be sorted out and stacked in proper stack. Any loss to the public/ private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be compensated by him in all cases.

Earth work in excavation for all type of structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetera in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock chiseling / wedging out rocks ( where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and MORD technical specification clause 305.1 and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any lead and upto any lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated Suitable / approved materials to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm (one hundred fifty millimetre). Compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water ( surface and sub soil water) upto any depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality,Malkana,toll tax sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete 1:5:10 ( One cement is to five sand is to ten graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeter) nominal size in or under water including pumping or bailing out water( surface and sub soil water), dewatering for all heights /depths and any quantum of water including removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying under water for all heights/ depths, including the cost of form work and curing for 14 ( fourteen) days complete in Retaining walls and Breast walls etcetera as per drawings and MORD technical specification section 802, 900 and 1200 and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Back filling with granular material behind abutments, return walls, wing walls and retaining walls etc. complete as per drawings and MORD technical specification clause 1204.3.8 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing 100mm (Hundred millimeter) diametre PVC pipe Weep holes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutments, wing walls return walls and retaining /breast walls etc., extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1 (V) : 20 (H) (one vertical is to twenty horizontal ) towards drawing face complete as per drawings and MORD technical specifications clause 614, 709, 1204.3.7 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax, sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government .
