AIR COOLED CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING PLANT: Design, Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of air cooled central air conditioning plant capacity 33 TR consisting of the followings:-

Heaters of capacity 15 KW shall be operated with PID controllers in conjunction with temperature & RH controllers, CFL lamps for filter sections, fan section with on / off switches for operation from outside, limit switch for the fan section access door with a view port, belt drive with taper lock bush pulleys. fire retardant flexible canvas connection between fan & AHU panel, internal vibration mounts under the fan & motor frame, Install Differential pressure Gauge/Switch(Photohelic type) across fine filter section and across pre-filter section. All the internal wiring of the unit for lamps & door interlock etc shall be in the scope of the AHU vendor(All the dampers shall be low leakage aluminium aerofoil design and suitable for manual operation. Scope includes suitable starter panel , temperature controller).

Notes for 1, 1.01 and 1.02 :- (i) The tenderer should ascertain the correctness of heat load calculations and technical parameters based on the building plan outside/inside parameters and design parameters as given in the tender and quote accordingly. (ii) The tenderer shall be responsible for the plant to meet the design and approval of IIT/NIT for conditioning round the clock on 8x7x365 basis irrespective of the full load capacity given in the schedule, which is given on not less than basis. (iii) The tenderer should get the plant installed by any of the original equipment manufacturer viz Voltas/Blue star /carrier with their recommended makes of compatible components/items. (iv) In case of any change in the technical parameter considered required to provide the design conditions, the tenderer should furnish the revised technical parameters along with the tender. (v) The tender should take approval of design,drawings from accepting officer. (vi) Arranging suitable scaffolding is also in the scope of the contractor. (vii) Contractor is advised to visit the site and see the locations, systems etc. to get the correct idea of work and material requirement before quoting. (viii) Opening in wall for duct work, return air grill, cable duct work exhaust fan etc and piping, opening in ceiling for grills/diffusers finishing of opening to match the existing wok all as specified.

AIR COOLED CONDENSING UNITS: Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of f Scroll type compressor operated with 410 A gas DX Air-cooled Condensing Unit of 11 TR (03 Nos for each AHU)nominal capacity, single compressor type, fixed with energy efficient scroll compressor along with grooved copper tube/ aluminium fins air cooled condenser coil with hydrophilic blue fin anti corrosion coatings, liquid accumulator, low noise aluminium propeller condensor fan with IP 55 motor etc. All suitably assembled neatly in heavy duty GSS sheet metal cabinet and duly powder coated as per specification. The unit to include built-in safety controls like HP/LP switch, power quality protector,in-built thermal/temperature protection . The operating refrigerant should be ecofriendly. Air Cooled Condensing units shall be supplied with all required accessories like suitable Thermostatic expansion valves, Filter driers along with H.S. valve, flare nuts and soft pipe inter connected control / power cables and other accessories etc.The unit shall be precharged and included with any top up charging at the time of commisioning , the controls , vavles and accessories along with the equalisation timer , seqencitial controller and the expansion devices and its safities shall be included in the cost of the unit. Electronic remote control to operate AHU fan and condensing units , indication lamp, HP/LP cutouts indications etc

COPPER REFRIGERANT PIPING: Supply, Installation and Testing of Refrigerant piping consisting of Suction/ Liquid line piping and fittings with 6 mm thick closed cell elastomeric / XLPE insulation and finished with polyshield coating with at least two coats of resin and hardner . The piping shall be carried out with hard drawn copper pipes with soldered / brazed socket fittings. Complete piping workmanship to be carried out as per recommended practice. The piping to be vaccum tested and leak tested. Scope includes refrigerant pipes shall be properly laid in GI tray supported and anchored to the building structure using steel hangers, anchors, brackets etc which shall be fixed to the building structure by means of inserts or expansion shields of adequate size and number as per following sizes pipes:

(i) Copper refrigerant piping , 5/8" dia for Liquid line

(i) Copper refrigerant piping , 5/8" dia for suction line

PVC DRAIN PIPE: Supply, Installation and Testing of HDPE PVC Pipe drain piping insulated out of Class 0 closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber material of approved make as per specification complete with supports, consumables, fittings, pipe sleeves, U trap, leak arresting of following sizes. 32mm dia (19 mm thick insulation)

GI DUCTING: Supply,Fabrication,Erection and testing of GI ducting as per IS 655 and IS 277 for supply and return air systems as per the specifications given in the tender document . The flanges and supporting shall be as per IS 655. All the GI ducting should be hanged from walls/ beams/roof with the help of MS angles/ tie rods or supported on roof with proper MS stand as mentioned in the tender document. All the duct supports should have two coats of primer and black enamil paint after necessary anti rust treatment. Necessary gasket is also in the scope of contractor. Leakages in the ducts shall be as per standards.The necessary MS support & civil grouting for the support is included in the scope of work. Ducting shall be made in circular or square shape as per the site requirement as per following sizes.

(i) 24 gauge galvanised steel sheet

(ii) 22 gauge galvanised steel sheet

(iii) 20 gauge galvanised steel sheet

THERMAL INSULATION OF DUCTS (UN EXPOSED) : Supply and Application of External Thermal Insulation of Supply Air ducting. Material of construction shall be cross linked polyolefin/ polyethelene foam material with closed cell structure and with factory applied reinforced aluminium foil faced class O XLPE material by using SR 998 adhensive. The density of the same shall be within 25 Kg/m3.The material should have a thermal conductivity not exceeding 0.032 W/mK. The insulation material shall be shall be stuck to the cleaned duct surface by factory pre-fixed cold adhesive. The material and installation methodology should be in accordance with the specifications.

(i) Duct insulation 19 mm thickness

(ii) Duct insulation 32 mm thickness

DAMPERS: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Factory fabricated low leakage volume control/duct dampers of Aerofoil-blade Aluminium dampers with compressible jam seals and extruded-vinyl blade edge seals, in opposed-blade arrangement with steel operating rods rotating in nylon bearings mounted in a single extruded aluminium frame, and with hard PVC/Nylon gear arrangement for common linkage between blades. Frames and blades to be constructed from high quality extruded aluminium sections. Frame with flat frontal face to suit flanged connections with the ducts. Frames to be screw fixed and sealed to eliminate casing leaks. Blades to be pivoted on PVC bushes and operated through PVC gear system to be fully enclosed within the damper frame.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of motorised combined fire damper complete with control panel, inter connecting wiring at locations shown in approved shop drawings and as per specifications.

STRUCTURAL FABRICATED MILDSTEEL WORK: Supply, Fabrication , Cutting, Welding , Erection at site and painting of M. S. Angle structural steel work for required truss, outdoor unit location etc based on the approved drawings. The work should be carried out as per good manufacturing and installation practices in concurrence with approved drawing. The structural steel materials should confirm to IS: 2062 (latest version) as per drawings. All welding electrodes to confirm to relevant IS codes. Fabrication and erection of the structural steel works shall be as per IS : 800 and welding work as per IS:816 and IS : 822. Finally all steel work to be painted with one coat of zinc chromate primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning cubicle type MV panel consisting of the 3 phase, 415 volt, 35 MVA rupturing capacity made of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet treated with seven tank process and painting with Epoxy powder coated conforming to IP-54, including interconnection wiring, indicating lamps etc. The cubicle panel shall be free floor standing type, complete with interlocking arrangement & earth bus. The panel shall have compartmentalized arrangement to accommodate one feeder in each compartment. A vertical cable alley of suitable width shall be provided to serve one or two vertical feeder sections. Also the openings between the busbar chamber and the feeder section shall be shrouded with Bakelite/hylam sheet with minimum 3 mm thickness. All the hardware used in fabrication of panel shall be galvanized with zinc passiveness. The panel shall be got fabricated from manufacturers with CPRI Test certificate only

Supplying and laying in ground/ in ducts/in pipes/on cable trays of following PVC insulated aluminum/copper conductor armoured cables of 1.1 KV grade confirming to IS complete with clamps, saddles etc, including effecting proper connection to the equipment all as required and specified:-

(a) 3.5 C x 120 Sq.mm (Aluminium cable)

(b) 4C x 16 Sq.mm (Copper Cable)

(c) 4C x 10 Sq.mm (Copper Cable)

(d) 5C x 1.5 Sq.mm (Copper Cable)

Advance Maintenance Free G.I. SAFE EARTHING Electrode with PIPE of not less than 50 mm outer dia) and two meter length, The electrode should be of galvinised (80 -100 micron) along with earth lead as Galvanised steel strip of size 32 X6 mm 7.5 m . The GI Electrode shall be pre-filled with Cristaline Conductive Material (CCM) . The GI electrode shall be surrounded with 25 kg BackFill compound to provide maximum contact between the electrode and Back Fill Compound. The earting pit cover should be factorty built ( size TOP- 10 Inch, Bottom -13 Inch, Height 10.25 Inch ) made of heavy duty Polypropylene complete all as specified and directed. Make ASHLOK / INDELEC/JMV / TERCEL/TRUE POWER

Supply and Laying Under Ground/Above Ground 32 x 6 mm G.I. Flat earth strips/ conductors including all necessary inter connections between earth station and equipments and Earth excavation and Back filling complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of 150 x 40 mm wide size GI Perforated type cable tray including Cover made out of 2mm thick GI sheet, including MS supports /Threaded rods and anchor fasteners whereever required as per site conditions complete all as specified and directed.

Aluminium SA grills: Design , supply , installation , testing and commissioning of 2 way deflection type Aluminium SA grills/Diffusers powder coated of minimum thickness 0.8 mm along with all necessary hardware with VCD. The other details are as per technical specifications Make : Sagar Air / Air Master / System Air / Air breeze.

Aluminium RA diffusers: Supply , installation , testing and commissioning of Aluminium return air Grills/diffusers powder coated of minimum thickness 0.8 mm along with all necessary hardware. The other details are as per technical specifications.Make : Sagar Air / Air Master / System Air / Air breeze

Aluminium FA grills: Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of power coated extruded aluminium section fresh air grill in weather maker room with volume control dampers, bird screen etc complete as required. Make : Sagar Air / Air Master / System Air / Air breeze

ACOUSTIC INSULATION OF DUCTS : Supply install testing and commissioning of Acoustic insulation for the initial portion of supply air ducting. Material of construction shall be fibre-free elastomeric nitrile rubber foam with open cell structure . The density of the same shall be within 140-180 Kg/m3. The material should have a thermal conductivity not exceeding 0.050 W/mK. The maximum surface temperature the material should withstand is 105° C and minimum temperature should be -20°C. The material should conform to Class 1 rating for surface spread of Flame as per BS 476 Part 7. The insulation material shall stuck to the cleaned duct surface by factory pre-fixed cold adhesive. The material and installation methodology should be in accordance with the specifications. Thickness of insulation 25mm.
