Installation of three lighting transformers in coal stock numbers 32, 49, and 52 at Magadh OCP to supply phase-to-phase power within 250 volts from line-to-line 415-volt power lines as per CEA regulation 2010 of M-S Area

Erection of metallic pole of length above 10mtr and upto 12 mtr in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Supplying of two lengths of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per metre) double pole cross arm for mounting of 25 kva lighting transformer with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the poles, 50 mm X 6 mm M.S. flats welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on the other side for tying the cross arms together, including drilling holes for insulator pins/ fittings, bolts, nuts and washers etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required for mounting of 25 kva lighting transformer.

Supplying and erection of a set of cross bracing frame work for supporting of 25 kva lighting transformer for pole mounting 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm angle iron and complete with 50 mm X 6mm M.S. flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts and nuts etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Supplying and making straight through joint with cast resin compound including ferrules and other jointing materials for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required for end termination in tubular pole upto 35 sq mm cable.

Supplying of double compression nickle plated brass cable glands for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.4 C x 35 sq mm(31 mm)

Providing of 35 sq mm 4 core isi marked, upto 1.1 kv grade Alluminium armouredcable for changing of service cable where ever required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of size upto 35 sqmm direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. As required

Providing and fixing 100 A rating and breaking capacity and four pole MCCB with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing following way, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 volts, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper busbar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator)6 way, Double door

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600mm X 3 mm thick including accessories and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 mtr. Long etc.with charcoal/coke and salt as required For tubular pole installed in weighbridges wherever required.

Providing and fixing 25mmX5mm Gl.strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Fixing Charge of supplied items no 5 at 15% of item cost
