Civil and related works

FLOORING AND CLADDING WORKS

Rates quoted in the following items shall include cost of all surface/substrate preparation, base plaster coat in the case of wall cladding/dado works, protection of flooring by providing a polythene sheet and a layer of POP. Rates to including carrying out works on all levels and heights, cartage, wastage etc.

Basic rates shall be the cost of material at suppliers place without taxes. Taxes, wastage up to 10%, carting, transport to site, labour for unloading, stacking, laying, cleaning and grouting etc all complete of the following items is to be taken by the contractor and added to basic price for quoting overall rate.

The glass skylight shall consist of a 13.52 mm thick laminated glass panel system, comprising 6 mm thick clear toughened glass + 1.52 mm PVB interlayer + 6 mm thick clear toughened glass, supported on a mild steel (MS) structural framework integrated with a pergola system and finished with powder coating. The MS structural framework shall be fabricated using 75x100x3 mm thick box sections for secondary members and 200x200 mm box sections for columns or as per structural design. The entire MS structure shall be fabricated and assembled at site, and fixed to the RCC slab or beam using base plates, anchor bolts, and neoprene isolation pads to allow for thermal expansion and minimize corrosion risk. All MS sections shall be treated with one coat of zinc-rich epoxy primer (minimum 40 microns DFT), followed by two coats of PU paint (minimum 100 microns total DFT), or hot-dip galvanized if exposed. The glass panels shall be secured using a two-way aluminium pressure plate glazing system, with all joints sealed using structural silicone and EPDM flashings to ensure weatherproofing. The skylight shall be installed at a minimum slope of 5 degrees to ensure proper drainage, with integrated aluminium perimeter flashings and a concealed gutter system provided to prevent water ingress and manage runoff. The entire system shall be designed to withstand wind and live loads in accordance with IS 875, with structural deflection limited to L/175 or less. VRF SYSTEM DESCRIPTION

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of VRF Air-Conditioning system with R 410 A gas complete with indoor units, outdoor units, refrigerant, control cabling, earthing, insulation and the required controls for automatic temperature control. All the ODU shall have a ELCB/MCCB Separately as required and the same shall be included by the bidder in his cost. Client will only give input power to ODU. From ODU to IDU , requisite power / communication cable etc will be provided by the bidder. Any support angle required for ODU with vibration isolator (rubber pads) shall be provided by the bidder.

COPPER PIPING DETAILS

SITC of Inter connected copper refrigerant piping with necessary Cable Tray/ supporting arrangements of min 19G Thk , EPDM tube insulation, fittings as required, pressure testing along with the indoor / out door. The piping's shall be coated with minimum of one coat of primer and two coats of enamel Painting. In case if the piping requires insulation the same shall be done for the liquid line and suction line or as required along with all fittings, valves, and strainer bodies etc with min 13mm thick elastomeric nitrile rubber or to suit respectively so that no sweating happens. All piping support shall be pre fabricated type and pre painted slotted angle support which has to be properly insulated with clamps etc. To protect the nitrile rubber insulation of exposed copper piping from degrading due to UV rays and atmospheric condition, the insulation shall be covered with Polyshield coating with at least two coats of resin and hardener (preferably with Polybond make or equivalent) over and above the nitrile rubber insulation (wherever applicable). Fiber glass tape shall be helically wound to give smooth and paint finish. The refrigerant piping shall be hard drawn heavy duty copper of various sizes as per OEM recommendation with necessary supports, as required with all fittings between outdoor unit & indoor units.

BMS Integration and its cost for all the unis shall be in bidders scope and the same shall be communicated to the required location as per client requirement.

The drain pipes shall be with air tight / leak proof joints and the same shall be connected up to to the shaft line with required sloping to meet standards. For Canteen it is assumed that a drain pump will be provided with std by along with all fittings / pipes etc and the same shall be connected to the shaft line min header drain.
