Material & labour for two coats of synthetic enameled paint on steel and iron surfaces over one coat of red oxide primer on surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint including preparation of new surfaces complete all as specified & directed.
