PROVISION OF 25 X GEYSERS FOR JCO/OR MD ACCN OF 2 ARMD WKSP AND PROVISION OF 67 X 25 LTR GEYSERS IN OR GOVT MD ACCN AT 6 MECH INF (1 GARH RIF ) AT KSE AND PROVISION OF 10 X INDUSTRIAL DUTY COOLER ALONGWITH HEAVY DUTY SERVO VOLTAGE STABLIZER OF 2 AR

Supply, installation and testing of minimum 5 star rated electric water heater (Geyser) metal body storage type 25 Ltrs capacity of steel tank including 4 Nos of Anchor fastening bolts for mounting geysers and other nut bolt and washers with 3 core flexible wire of size as recommended by OEM from geyser to metal plug and socket complete all as specified and directed. Note:- cost of NRV, Superior quality PVC Connection pipe and plastering including making good disturbed surface as per existing surface shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates complete all as specified and directed by EIC .

Supply and fixing on wall/roof or laid in trench galvanised steel tubing (GI pipe) 15 mm dia medium grade with all fittings( i.e bends, elbows, tees, plug, union etc) and fixed with clamps,wooden plugs etc all as directed by EIC.

Supply and fix Stop valve cast copper alloy screwed down high pressure with crutch or butter fly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe of bore 15 mm Chromium plated fancy type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Bib tap cast copper alloy chromium plated, fancy type, with capstain head handle screwed down screwed for iron pipe and fixed to 15mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for Sub main wiring with two single core 4.0 Sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH ,stranded copper conductor cable drawn through New PVC concealed conduit 25 mm dia including 4.0 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed FRLSH stranded copper conductor cable as earth wire all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note 1:- 2 Runs of 4.00 Sqmm Copper conductor cable, 1 Run of PVC conduit & 1 Run of 4.00 Sqmm Copper conductor Earth wire shall be measured as one unit) Note2 : Rate quoted for this items shall be inclusive of the cost of (i) Rigid non-metallic PVC conduit of 25 mm dia with tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc. (ii) Cutting chases, pinning in making good to facing where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to match the existing surfaces, cutting not exc. 10 cm girth .

Supply and fix SPN earth metal plug 240 volts with 20 amp SP MCB with a two pin and earth plug and socket for geysers complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting/drilling or tapping from existing 15mm or 20 mm dia pipe in position for branch connection of 15 mm dia pipe including suitable fitting and fixtures all as directed by EIC

M & L for Concealed Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal cross-sectional area) FRLSH PVC insulated & unsheathed 1100 volts grade multi stranded copper conductor single core cable for one portable air cooler drawn through and including non-metallic rigid PVC conduit of adequate size with all accessories ie PVC gutties etc terminated in sunken/pressed metal flush box and white modular cover plate with frame for mounting of switches including FRLSH PVC insulated & unsheathed single core multistranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm green in colour for switch as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth and earth dolly controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note-I-(Switches shall be measured and paid for separately). Note-II- ( Wiring shall be done as per colour code in IS for phase, neutral and earth). Note-III- (The cost of modular cover plate and metal flush boxes is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for this item). Note -IV - cost of Eye/bottle thimbles used for connection in switches/sockets is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for this item.
