M&L for attending complaint for water leakage complaint in under ground flange end CI/DI/GI pipe from size 80mm to 150mm including including necessary excavation in mud, in any type of soil by manual or using special T &P etc. De-watering from the trenches by using pump sets, rectification of leakages, dismantling and removing U/S joints of rubber gasket or fibre board gaskets for spigot and socket pipe and replace jointing with new fibre or rubber gasket of the following size complete all as specified and directed.

Notes for Sl item No 1 (a) The contractor will be alloted complaints at MES complaint cell on as requirement basis on all working days and sufficient tradesman /plumber/ resources will be deployed by him/her for completion of day to day comaplaints within 12 hours from the time of reporting. Any delay beyond above mentioned time limit without intimation of sufficient cause, penalties will be recovered twice of the quoted rate for each un-attended complaint. (b) A detailed log of complaints with completion/non-completion remarks from users/MES will be maintained by the contractor and the same will be updated on daily basis in consulatation with JE E&M/Engr-in-Charge. (c) The contractor will make suitable arrangment for emergency complaints and will notify authorised representive/Engr-in-Charge about extraordinary circumstances for probable non-completion or delay in rectification of complaints beyond stated time limit set for disposal of complaint. In case of any dispute the decision of accepting officer will be final and binding in this regard.

(d) The contractor will intimate MES authority well in advance if electric shutdown is required during rectification of complaints. (e) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of transportation and other expenses required for the resource deployment at the complaint site around scatteredRMS Dholpur. (f) The contractor will maintain location wise record of each spare/fittings utilized as per inventry format given by AGE E/M/JE E/M Dholpur and the same shall be submitted to Dholpur MES store yard on daily basis. (g) The stationery required for the job work such as complaint slip books, gate pass book, job card and T&P shall be arranged and maintained by the contractor. (h) The cost of excavation / earth work and repairs to damaged roads, LT UG/HT cables, existing structure etc shall be deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate and no extra payment shall be allowed on this account. (j) Spares including fittings as required at site to be replaced and shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m in depth and not exc 1.5 m wide for taking out/laying pipeline & cable, and getting out in soft disintegrated rock/any type of soil complete all specified and directed.

Returning,filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil at a distance not exc 50 m and deposited where directed complete all specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1(using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) work for pedestal pillars, foundations, coping and other misc supports to external water supply installations including form work including demolition of existing PCC of any type etc complete all specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L walling of squared rubble uncoursed, stone masonry well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:4 for pipeline pedestal supports including dismantling of existing mesonary complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of GI water tubing IS-1239 marked, medium grade including all necessary pipe fittings laid in trenches, on wall, under floor, under road on same or new route and making good the disturbed portion as existing and including taking down of old unserviciable pipe of the following sizes :- Note :-Excavation earth work will be measured and paid saperatly under respective item of BOQ.

M &L in replacement of GI flanged pipe of 80mm dia medium grade IS-1239 marked complete with rubber gasket nuts, bolts and washers lowering in open well/bore well complete all specified and directed. (Make : Jindal/ Prakash surya/ Tata). Note :- Each pipe is in the 3m length as required at site.

M&L for jointing and testing of all kind of DI (Ductile Iron) pipe, round flanged end on both sides of 100 mm dia , K-9 complete with rubber gasket nuts, bolts and washers inside OPC coated, white painted inside and black painted on out side complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for Cutting anxious green growth / vegetation growth from root for cleaning out the area around OH tank / pump house No----1, 2 & 3 at Gundrai and kesharbagh substation , Kesarbagh sump house and at ground level by cutting up root, un- wanted plants / bushes and removal the same to a distance not less than 50 mtr complete all specified and directed by engineer -in -charge , Note: (i) Cost of Cutting T&P, transporting / disposal / dumping away from the site as per the laid down procedure of waste management system deemed to be included in quted rate. (ii) Entire site shall not be given for one time. Area for cleaning shall be given to the contractor on requirement basis as per the site conditions and growth rate of bushes and grass etc. The area shall be divided into several parts and shall be directed to the contractor when cleaning is required at site.

Cutting existing water supply pipe line with the help of electric cutting tools or manually for repairing such as jointing, blockage removal, cleaning of particular joint etc and making good after repairing (of size 50mm to 150mm) complete all specified and directed..

Dismantling of defective sluice valve for repairs such as repacking stuffing box of sluice valve spindle, refacing, grinding, stuffing and threading of spindle, replacement of worn out check nut, repairs to gate assembly replacement of jointing materials such as rubber sheets, nuts, bolts & washers, gland rope and refixing in its original position, testing on completion etc complete all as specified and directed of following sizes:-

Bolts etc. removing fungus by cleaning of raw water and filtered water storage tank complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) Technician should be hired from reputed company of the RO plant. No extra allowance shall be be given to the technician. Conveyance to the technician shall be of ararnged by the contractor only. No vehicle shall be provided for the conveyance of the technician by MES. (ii) Spare parts /fittings fixtures, if required to replace shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item of BOQ.

Supplying and laying of CPVC pipes SDR-11 & plain CPVC SDR-11 fittings in tenches complete all as specified and as directed.
