Construction work of approach road and drain from NH-27 located in Ayodhya to village Firozpur Upharah

Earthwork in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil, excavation to be in the form or regular pits not exceeding 0.50m in depth and earthwork in embankment to be in 20 cm layers, including ramming & dressing the surface to required levels and slops and also including lit upto 1.5m and lead up to 30m. The earth cutting to be used in msking embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks within 30m (100 ft.) distance including supply of Good earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Scrapping of old painted Surface

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, Mixing By Mix in Place method with front and loader at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 Analysed Rate

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with grader in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.(1% OPC Cement + 3.5% Emulsion)

Providing and applying Prime coat using bitumen emulsion conforming to IS:8887, using emulsion pressure distributor including repairing the surface & cleaning with mechanical broom. With medium setting bitumen emulsion On W.B.M./W.M.M. @ 0.4 kg/sqm

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG-10, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumaen with mechanically oprated spray unit fitted o bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications On bituminous surface @ 0.50 Kg/sqm

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects.
