Schedule 'A' Section - I

Taking down old UNSV ACSR conductor, any type and size from the poles and supply and fixing new ACSR conductor including stringing on LT poles complete including aluminium binding wires, jumpering, bindings at insulators etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No-1 (loop type insulator, stay clamps, excavation and concrete measured separately) with stay rod 16mm dia, MS plate 6mm thick size 230x230mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying & fixing in replacement of Cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated & directed and including one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint, fixed in replacement including taking down existing one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying & fixing in replacement of pin insulator porcelain vitreous, white, brown & green incl. One galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 100mm height 65mm dia for 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying & fixing in replacement of shackle type porcelain, vitreous , white, brown or green insulator including galvanised mild steel straps washers insulator bolts, washer and nuts of size 100 mm height, 115mm dia for working pressure 1100 volts complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Loop type insulator, vitreous porcelain white , brown, green small size with overall dimensions 65mm x 90mm clearance of hole 16mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of Galvanized stay strand, size 7/2.24 mm, incl taking down the old unserviceable stay wire, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down street/security/Gate light fittings LED/HPSV/CFL light fittings of any capacity or type from pole/wall after disconnection and connecting wires, carrying out to store yard for necessary repair/replacement of spares and fittings etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing only street light fittings any type or capacity (Item obtained from Srl No.16 after repair) including making connections with cables and testing, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Cable required for replacement shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply and fix in replacement to existing 1x18 Watt CFL post top light fitting with Decorative LED Post Top Lantern with transparent difuser of cap 30 Watt complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- Philips/Schneider/Wipro.

Supply and fixing inreplacement of street/security light with'CUB' LED light 45 watt presure die cast housing with epoxy power coated dark graphite grey colour finish. polycarbonate cover with individual LED lenses, inbuilt electronic driver and providing necessary connections with 2 core 2.5 Sqmm stranded PVC insulated and PVC sheathed copper conductor upto 3 metre length complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Philips/Schneider/Wipro.

Supplying & fixing in replacement of street light fitting GI bracket made out of 40mm bore GI pipe, light grade, tubing bend to shape, 1.2 metre long, fixed to pole/wall with and including two sets of clamps made out of flat iron of size 50 x 6 mm with bolts, nuts and washers, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying & fixing in replacement of clamps made out of 40x6 mm bending to shape, drilling holes for bolts suitable for fixing GI pipe bracket to steel pole, made in two halves, including nuts, bolts, washers and painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F steel water tubing, light grade, galvanised (ISI marked), 40 mm bore with all fittings, laid in trenches/ under roads or fixed to poles for passing cables for protection of cables, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty LT cable 1100 Volts grade with aluminium conductor laid in trenches, on poles, through pipes, fixed to walls etc cross sectional area 25 Sqmm 3.5 core, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty LT cable 1100 Volts grade with aluminium conductor laid in trenches, on poles, through pipes, fixed to walls etc cross sectional area 25 Sqmm 4 core, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty LT cable 1100 Volts grade with aluminium conductor laid in trenches, on poles, through pipes, fixed to walls etc cross sectional area 16 Sqmm 4 core, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty LT cable 1100 Volts grade with aluminium conductor laid in trenches, on poles, through pipes, fixed to walls etc cross sectional area 10 Sqmm 2 core, complete all as specified and as directed.

Streching of loose ACSR conductor including jumpering, binding,etc all as required in LT OH line, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Disconnecting the existing security light or cable connection before stringing and reconnecting after stringing is included in the rates quoted.

Supplying & fixing in replacement of GI wire as earth wire of size 4mm dia as required at site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying & fixing in replacement of connection/Junction box made out of 1.6mm thick MS sheet front openable, weather & vermin proof including painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red primer. Connection box shall be suitable for housing & including aluminium bus bar 25 Amps cap - 2 Nos, MCB SP 6 Amps- 01 No and having provision of cable hole in bottom for two to three cables of size 16 Sqmm 4 core armoured cable connection box shall be fitted on street light pole and fixing arrangements i.e. MS clamps etc deemed to be provided by the contractor, size of box - 200 x 150 x 100mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying & fixing in replacement of double walled corrugated HDPE duct pipe of 63 mm outer dia confirming to IS-14930 (Part-II) of approved colour with fittinggs for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying & fixing in replacement of non metallic rigid PVC conduit medium grade 20 mm dia ISI marked to be fixed on pole with all fittings including mouth pieces for passing of sub main wiring, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cable PVC insulated PVC unsheathed un-armoured copper conductor (multi stranded) of cross sectional area 2.5 sqmm 2 core all as required for connections to light fittings, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for fuse barrel assy upto 25 Amp, ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Painting of steel tubular pole 9.0 metre long, by applying two coat of aluminium paint after scraping / brushing and cleaning the rust on pole and cross arms. Aluminium painting will be done on pole above 1.5 metre height from ground level and balance 1.5 mtr from ground level will be painted by alternate layer of black and white enameled paint (30 Cms each). Pole Nos will be written on pole by black paint in yellow circle of 150mm dia, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Only one coat will be applied at one time and payment at 50% of coated rate to be applied at the first time of first coat. Second coat is to be done more than 30 days after first coat.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth, for foundations, laying of pipes etc and not exceeding 10Sqm on plan for manholes etc and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in with approved excavated soil including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) to a distance not exceeding 50metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying Sub Class 'B' common burnt bricks, old size, designated 75, laid dry, flat with width equal to length of brick & with gaps between the adjucent bricks not exceeding 10mm as cover laid over the cable to give mechanical protection to under ground cable, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay Dry sand cushioning to under ground electric cable on layer of 8cm thick before laying the cable and second layer of 15cm thick after laying the cable, in clause 19.75 of M.E.S Schedule Part-I (2009) complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing with Galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600mm x 600 mm & 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal GL) with top of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below GL, connected to GI earth lead wire 4 mm dia connected to earth plate electrode by means of GI nuts, bolts & washers earth wire protected with & including 15 mm bore medium grade ISI marked GI pipe not less than 7.5 metre long all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part I, with & including; PCC 1:3:6 type C1 pit with cover of RCC 1:2:4 type B1 reinforced with welded steel wire fabric not less than 4 Kg per Sq M, watering arrangements with 20 mm bore GI medium grade pipe ISI marked , GI funnel with GI mesh, filling with mixture of common salt & charcoal, necessary excavation and earth works in any type of soil, including test point, testing & commissioning, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Sheet metal enclosure including fiiting on wall including and making the connection with MCCB 4 Pole 100 Amps 25 KA, 415 volts , 50 Hz ,thimble/lugs, aslo including all nuts bolts required for fixing complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fix in replacement of sheet metal enclosure, Triple pole and neutral AC, 415 volts, 04 way, with 200 Amps rated copper bus bar and IP - 43 & IK 09 protection including provision of four pole 100 Amp isolator and MCBs of cap 20 to 40 Amps as incomer with metal double door and flush to wall including all cutting etc on wall and making good including two coats of white / colour washing / distempering etc to match the existing disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Supply & fix in replacement of Isolator 4 Pole 'C' series 100 amps capacity AC 415 V,10kA complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Legrand/Siemens//Schneider.

Supply and fix in replacement of MCCB 4 pole 400 Amps 36 KA capacity AC 415 v complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Legrand/Siemens//Schneider.

Supply and fix in replacement of MCCB 4 pole 350 Amps 36 KA capacity AC 415 v complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Legrand/Siemens//Schneider.

Supply and fix in replacement of MCCB 4 pole 200 Amps 36 KA capacity AC 415 v complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Legrand/Siemens//Schneider.

Supply and fix in replacement of MCCB 4 pole 160 Amps 36 KA capacity AC 415 v complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Legrand/Siemens//Schneider.
