REPAIRS TO ROAD POT HOLES AND RESURFACING AT ICGS AND ICGAS RATNAGIRI

Material & Labour for Repair to potholes any depth, not exceeding 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) making good by applying tack coat VG-10 @ 5 kg per 10 sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) average depth of potholes exceeding 30 mm complete all as per directed. Note: - Pot holes shall be marked by Engineer-in-Charge before commencement of work and the same shall be entered in MB after making good and before laying of bituminous premixed carpet.

Preparing black topped surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all a specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying evenly a priming/tack coat of paving bitumen Viscosity Grade 10 Grade @ 5Kg per 10 Sqm with mechanical sprayer all a specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Material & Labour for laying bituminous premixed asphaltic semi-dense concrete 40mm thick with 5.5% binder content paving bitumen Viscosity Grade 30 by weight of total mix, mixed in central computerized hot mix plant and laid using mechanical self-propelled paver and rolled with 8 to 12 tonne vibromax power roller to required camber and gradient including .

Material & Labour for Line painting, dashes, arrows, letters etc on roads not exceeding 10 cm wide with road marking paint, white/ golden yellow complete all as specified and directed.
