Disconnecting & taking down the ceiling fan of 1200mm/1400mm sweep, cleaning the dust etc with air pressure, cotton cloth & brush, taking out ball bearing and bush, cleaning with kerosine oil, lubricating greasing, oiling, cleaning to winding including supply and replacement of nuts, bolts, rubber seal, split pin,capacitor connector and copper cable PVC size 3 core 0.5 Sqmm upto required lenght from ceiling rose to connector of ceiling fan including hanging, connecting up and testing all as directed and including painting of ceiling fan with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour by spraying including filling cavaties with filler, preparation of surfaces cleaning all dust etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Parts/components replaced other than mentioned above will be measured and paid separately under respective items. (ii) After completion of work all fans/geysers shall be tested in E/M store yard to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge

M&L for cutting and dismantling the existing winding of ceiling fan of 1200/1400mm sweep and rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire of suitable gauge including varnishing, lubricating, greasing, oiling and testing complete,including replacing of all bearing in a fan as per existing size and including Capacitor 2.5/3.5 mfd and hanging clamp complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Contractor shall make the suitable arrangement at SDO(MES) premises to do rewinding of fans replacing of accessories, testing upto the satisfactory level in front of concerned E/M in charge without fail.

Supply and replacement of ceiling fan blade suitable for ceiling fan 1200/1400mm sweep (set of three blades) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of down rod 50cm long 15mm internal dia heavy duty duly painted including hanging clamp, rubber ring, nut and bolts complete suitable for ceiling fan of 1200/1400mm sweep.including necessary hole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of canopy suitable for ceiling fan of 1200/1400mm sweep.

M&L for cutting and dismantling the existing winding of exhaust fan 380mm sweep with super enamelled copper winding wire of suitable gauge including varnishing, lubricating, greasing oiling testing complete including gun bush sutiable for exhausr fan complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Servicing of complete solar flat plate collector type The detail scope of work consists of the following (i) Cleaning of solar flat plate collector with detergent and after that with coline solution and removing all type of grease/mud etc and cleaned complete all as specified and directed. (ii) Cleaning of complete copper tubing system of solar flate plate collector incl necessary brazing welding if required/repair to leakage and tested as per OEM direction. (iii) Cleaning of hot water MS tank with cleaning agent and necessary gas welding/brazing if required to stope minor leakage.
