M&L for cleaning and degermination inside of RCC/PVC water storage tanks capacity upto 750 Ltr of any description and in any position comprising following seven stage cleaning and sterilization of water tanks through bacteriological treatment by using Trebac G5/Inchlor-5/NB-10, Terbac G65/Inoxi-60/NB-69 and ultra violet rays complete all as specified and as directed. (a) First stage is to drain out the water by using exit valve or high capacity dewatering systems at own arrangement or any other suitable method approved by Engr-in-Charge. (b) Second stage is cleaning all the algae formation inside the tank by using Terbac G 10/ Inchlor-5/NB-10, a laboratory tested branded chemical of the company and scrubbing the walls of the tanks. (c) Third stage is fresh water cleaning by high speed jet pump with pressure 5 PSL (fresh water storage arrangement shall be done by contractor on his own and required T&P shall be arranged by the contractor. (d) Fourth stage first bacteria screening and Sterilization by using Terbac G5/Inchor-5/ NB-10, a Laboratory certified branded halogen compound, test certificate of Terbac G5/Inchor-5/ NB-10, from government laboratory mentioning suitability for sterilization. (e) Fifth stage is cleaning the floors of the water tank by heavy duty industrial vaccum cleaner. (f) Sixth stage is the second bacteria screening and sterilizing method by using ultra violet ray Ejector covering 360 degree with in the tank and kills all suspended bacteria. (g) Seventh stage of cleaning and third bacteria screening is to sterilize the floor of the water tank by using laboratory certified branded strong oxidizing agend TerbacG65/Inoxi-60/NB-69. (h) After cleaning of tank Date of celaning shall be written on the Tank in Black Colour for White colour tank & White Colour for Black Colour tank
