Providing, supplying, erection, testing and commissioning Supply and installation of cast iron manually operated sluice gates of size 900 mm (W) ×900 mm (D) to be provided at the receiving chamber, complete in all respects as per IS 13349:1992. The sluice gate shall be suitable for open channel installation, including all necessary components such as frame, gate leaf, spindle, operating mechanism, and anchor bolts. The gate shall be pressure-tight and suitable for sewage application, coated with anticorrosive epoxy paint.

2.1.2 Sewer Line Installation and Pressure Plea Installation Installation of HDPE product pipe by HDD method for on grade gravity sewer including preparing and setting up the plant and equipment, preparing new pipe-work material, making of entry and exit pits upto 5 meter depth, installing new pipe-work and commissioning system or making the system ready for commissioning by HOD operating including, all related civil and mechanical works like excavation, shoring/ strutting, etc. drilling, stringing, reaming, and pulling back the new pipe-work on the designed bore path alignment, proper disposal of drilling fluid and back fill of site after completion all inclusive as per IndSTT:101- 2022: Code of Practice for Horizontal Directional Drilling Technique Suiting Indian Conditions. Note:- Sewer Line Installation requires strict maintenance of grade and alignment of constructed pipeline. Such critical grade and alignment maintenance is possible only through the use of capable tracking and drilling setup. Engineer-in-Charge, prior to permitting use of HDD for sewer line installation, must ensure adequacy of the deployed equipment set. 1. For Entry/ Exit Pits beyond 5.0m depth the payment would be made extra as per item. 2. Nominal Bore (NB) in case of HDPE pipes shall be the outer diameter of pipes. (For HDPE Pipes between 355 mm and 450 mm dia OD)
