Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminium Zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour with two corrugations side lap having tensile strength of minimum 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in lieu of screws complete all as per manufacturer's instruction and as directed.

S & F pre- painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as per manufacturer's instruction and as directed.

M & L for 1.25 mm thick plain, black galvanised steel sheet as in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) and valley gutters fixed with rivets or other suitable arrangements over including MS brackets trapezoidal shape of required profile with desired slope etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F MS sections as in ISMC, angle, main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins, rolled section where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for truss /columns/ staircase /ladder /anchor bolt for columns/ base plates /gusset plates, wind tie, etc., including cutting welding etc; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel of any description over 10 cms width or girth and applying one finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC (1:7:12) type F-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling (sunken portion) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate), mixed with WPC @ 2% by wt. of cement, as in sub floor complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

M & L for providing 12 mm dia holes of 75mm deep @0.6 m c/c at junction of beams, sunken areas and columns as co-ordinal points for inserting /pouring mixture of resin base latex polymer and cement slurry by pressure grouting for column, beams and slabs, including sealing the holes with CM (1:3), complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for water proofing treatment of sunken floor /wall surfaces by applying two coats of elastomeric coatings of Brand/ Make : Brushbond RFX in M/s Fosroc Chemicals or Techforce 2K Strong in M/s Choksey Chemicals or techno-commercially equivalent as per approved list of HQ E-in-C's Branch as a two component flexible elastomeric coating with minimum 2mm thickness layer complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed.

M & L for applying epoxy base joint paint on external surfaces of walls to fill the cracks with and including resin and hardener in proportion as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Pidilite / Fosroc / Chemistik/ Dr. Fixit

M & L for preparation of old wall surfaces of any description & applying one coat of acrylic (antifungal) exterior grade paint on wall /roof complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F MS flat iron wind ties and stays for gutter including securing with bolts and all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc., conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and as directed.

Chipping, removing carefullly concrete work by low impact hammer, breaker without damaging the structure & cleaning and disposal of debries off the premises etc., complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Hard concrete should not be removed by force.

M & L for cleaning existing reinforcement with wire/ rotary wire brush, making the surfaces free from loose material dirt etc., complete and applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer of Brand/ Make : Feovert of Krishna Conchem Products Pvt Ltd or Roff rust cleaner of Pidilite or Dr. Fixit Rust remover or ShaliRust of STP Ltd or techno-commercially equivalent as per approved list of HQ E-in-C's Branch on the rebars, including cleaning the reinforcement, wire brushing to remove loose rust spalls and wash the rebars with clean water immediately and wipe it dry complete all as per manufacturer's instruction and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for applying two coats of epoxy based Zinc primer using brush in a span of four hours over the treated rebars and allow to dry for six hours complete all as per manufacturer's instruction and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Corroseal-ZR of Krishna Conchem Products Pvt Ltd or Dr. Fixit Epoxy zinc primer or techno-commercially equivalent as per approved list of HQ E-in-C's Branch

M & L for cleaning all loose laitance on the concrete substrate and applying one coat of epoxy bonding agent on exposed concrete surface to ensure bond between old concrete & new concrete by brush application complete all as per manufacturer's instruction and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Brand/ Make : Monobond SBR of Krishna Conchem Products Pvt Ltd or Dr. Fixit epoxy bonding agent or Shalicrete URP of STP Ltd or techno-commercially equivalent as per approved list of HQ E-in-C's Branch

M & L for rendering minimum 20mm thick polymer modified mortar in cemet mortar (1:3) with graded quartz sand with additive Monolith of Brand /Make : PMM of Krishna Conchem Products Pvt Ltd or Polymer Mortar HB of Dr. Fixit or Shalifix RM SG 01 of STP Ltd or techno-commercially equivalent as per approved list of HQ E-in-C's Branch @ 15% by weight of cement in one coat with and including curing complete as per manufacturer's instruction and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for applying concrete protection coating on finished structural members exposed to atmosphere of Brand/ Make : IPNET of Krishna Conchem Products Pvt Ltd or New Coat from Dr. Fixit or techno-commercially equivalent as per approved list of HQ E-in-C's Branch complete all as per manufacturer's instruction and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for drilling and fixing Rohibb Teflon nozzles in RCC members, including drilling holes of 12mm dia, 50 to 100mm deep holes complete all as per manufacturer's instruction and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Works to be carried out are as under :- (i) Cleaning of holes: Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. (ii) Fixing of nozzles : Insert 12mm dia Rohibb Teflon nozzles in cleaned holes. External end of nozzles to be machined to receive outlet of grouting gun. Fix it inside the holes by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing. Cure the system for min.12 hrs. (iii) Cutting of nozzles: Cut the nozzles by chisel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements. (iv) In case crack upto 2mm wide, fix the injection nozzels directly over the cracks, at intervals of 6 to 9 inches, using a drilling machine. Fix PVC/MS nozzels in these holes with fast-setting epoxy putty & dry it for 2 to 3 days. Also, seal the crack between the ports with epoxy putty. (v) In case where the crack is wider than 2mm upto 4 to 5mm, drill holes at the sides of the crack in a staggered fashion, at intervals of 6 inches and affix them with epoxy putty as mentioned above. (vi) Also, seal the face of the carck with a liberal application of the epoxy putty.

M & L for injecting of site mixed cement slurry grout, mixed in specified proportion containing cement, sand water with addition of plasticizers (approved by HQ E-in-C's Branch) & migratory corrosion inhibitors, water cement ratio shall be varied between 0.5 to 1.0 for each hole, shrinkage compensating cement slurry mixed to a lump free fresh creamy consistency, mixing shall be done by mechanical mixer continuously stirring mechanically to keep cement particles in suspension. Injection of approved /specified grout by means of pump at a pressure of 3-5 Kg/cm2 etc., complete till the grout mix flows out from the nozzle indicating complete filling of grout in the holes drilled. Make / brand of Epoxy grout: Dr. Fixit Epoxy injection or EPCO KP-HP-250 of M/s Krishna Conchem Products Pvt Ltd or Shaligrout EI of STP Ltd or techno-commercially equivalent as per HQ E-in-C's Branch approved list.

M & L for Injecting low viscosity (3-5cps) high molecular weight monomer by pressure and using mechanized injector gun with accessories till nozzles refuses to accept the grout, including, mixing of material components (Part A & Part B) in the required quantities as per manufacturer's instruction by weigh batching, fill the grouting gun with concrete penetrating corrosion inhibitor, maintain desired pressure in the gun by air compressor; maintain the pressure at exit (2 to 3 Kg/cm2) by monitoring pressure guage at exit.Grout the material through prefixed nozzles in the structural elements @ 100ml per nozzle. Repeat the process for all the nozzles complete all as per manufacturer's instruction and as directed. Make/ Brand : EPCO-KP-100/Protectsil CIT of M/s Krishna Conchem Products Pvt Ltd or Ferogard 903 of M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd or techno-commercially equivalent as per HQ E-in-C's Branch approved list.

Replacement of steel reinforcement with TMT bars of appropriate size where 30% of cross section is reduced including dismantling of rusted steel complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Providing and fixing additional main steel bar or stirrups of designed diameter in various structural elements like column, beams and foundations including drilling, bending and fixing the bars with epoxy putty etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Steel provided on the basis of 1% of volume of concrete.

Complete removal of existing water proofing treatment of any description in any position including roof tiles, PCC.brick bat coba, upto any thickness cleaning, wire brushing, watering, removal of debris upto 15 Km or any distance complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof/chajja padding for maintaining roof/chajja slope complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for applying oil bound primer @ 0.40 litre/Sqm manufactured by the same agency as that of APP with density of 0.87 to 0.89 Kg/litre at 25 degree cesius on the prepared dry roof surface and laid with 4mm thick APP modifed water proofing membrane reinforced with non-wooven polyster matt with physical properties as given in particular specification. The laying shall got be done through authorized applicator of manufacturer as specified in particular specifications. Provide over the membrane finishing with two coats of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10 Kg/sqm as prescribed by manufacturer of membrane complete all as specified as per manufacturer's instruction and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Rate quoted shall deemed to be inclusive of taking down and re-fixing of existing lightning arrestor system including povision of new PCC block for damaged PCC block complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge

M & L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3Kg of cement per square metre complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:3) on roof top surface finished even and fair including WPC by weight of 3% of total cement content complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified and as directed. Make : Pidilite / Fosrac / Chemistic/ Dr. Fixit

M & L for cement concrete tiles 250mm x 250mm x 22 mm thick, machine pressed with grey cement & no pigments, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors laid over and including 15 mm thick bedding layer in CM (1:3) all as specified and as directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends , swan necks, etc, removal to store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) all as specified and as directed.

S & F 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for PVC (SWR) bends any radius 110mm bore complete all as specified and as directed

Note : An amount of Rs 18,825.00 towards Schedule of Credit shall be deducted to arrive the Contract sum.
