DESCRIPTION OF WORK

Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per MoRTH Specification Clause 202. By Mechanical Means Cement Concrete

Stone masonry work in cement mortar in foundation complete as per drawing and MoRTH specifications Clauses 1402, 1405, 2102 & 2104. Random Rubble Masonry In 1:4 cement mortar

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per MoRTH Specification Clause 201. By Mechanical Means In area of non-thorny jungle

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with Tractor Mount Grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MoRTH Specification Clause 401. For Grading III Material

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400-12 & 400-13 and MoRTH Specification Clause 406. Barricading with Sal ballies as per design including tying with vertical post by coconut strings including digging out holes in all types of soil complete in all respect with two horizontal members height 1.2 m upto 1.5m above ground level and vertical supports upto 2.5 centre and upto 3 days period including removal and cleaning the site complete in all respect & including dressing of sides and providing retro reflective tapes for traffic safety as per direction of Engineer-in charge in all types of soil.

Providing and installing VVIP safe house with water proof tent size 20 * 40 feet including one rest room of size 20 * 20 feet and waiting room of size 20 * 10 feet with a bed of size 4 x 6 feet, dressing table, 2NOs. Ornamental chairs Centre table, Europian WC, Wash basin and bath tub with makhmali kalin, 10 NOs. of waiting chairs including, table fan 2 NOs. including loading, unloading & fixing at site etc complete as per direction by engineer incharge with all respect.

Painting exterior surface of Wall with 100% acrylic exterior paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade with two or more coats including prepartion of base with sand papering, primer, putty, etc complete in all respect including scaffolding and safety provision Old Work

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including all scaffolding: Old work (One or more coats )

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Making of holes in cement concrete/ Bitumenous road by power driven hammer for barricating work as per direction of Engineer in charge
