M&L for Repairs to pot holes any depth, n.exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in road, path etc cutting around edges to making good by filling in screened and graded road materials over a priming / tack coat with good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings). depth of potholes exc 30 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with mechancial brooms and remove all loose dust etc with air compressor and applying evenly a prime/tack coat with paving bitumen VG-10 @ 5Kg per 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete, 30 mm (consolidated thickness) with 5.5% paving bitumen binder of VG 30, by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tone capacity power roller to a uniform smooth surface as specified and as directed. Note: The actual requirement of binder shall be as per the job mix design and the tests specified. However quantity of bitumen from the mix design found more than specified 5.5% same shall be provided with no extra cost to the Govt. In case binder content found to be less than 5.5% as per mix design as specified in Schedule "A" shall be adjusted @ the rate of 65.00 (Rs sixty Five ) / kg for the less quantity of bitumen used. The quantity of 5.5% mentioned is exclusive of any wastage and no wastage shall be taken into account for the purpose of above adjustment). Note: (i) The work shall be strcitly carried out by using mechanical/sensor paver only . (ii) Work will be allowd only after approval of semi denSe asphaltic concrete design mix. (iii) Contractor shall arrange bitumen extraction test at site during execution .

M&L for Premix Bituminous macadam, (consolidated thickness not more than 75 mm) with 4% paving bitumen binder of VG 30, by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with power roller to a uniform smooth surface as specified and as directed.

Preparation of road surfaces and applying thermoplastic reflective paint in marking of minimum 2.00 mm thick single coat as in centre line and edge line road marking of 150/100 mm width using 'HOT MARK' thermoplastic paint (Hot application) white/yellow by indigenous modern prpolled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as blinder, glass beads Titanium dioxide calcium carbonate inter fillers themoplastic reuirement for glass shall be the table No 800.4 of MORTH specification including spraying of glass beads etc all as per manufacture instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair solar road studs of size 125x125x25mm made frome alumnium alloy and constrution solar powered by nanocrystal solar panel type with rechageable bettary minimum 2.5 V, 500 Mah LED both sides (three each sides) display colour red. Visual distance approx 800 meter in working temperature (10 degree to 70 degree centrigrade) with starting intenstany 300 Lux to 600 Lux. Minimum approx weight 900 grams water resistant made up high compressive material can sustain over 10 tones with one year replacement warranty including apoxy for fixing in position complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Appropriate epoxy adhesive on the road surface shall be provided as per manufacturers specifiaction before fixing the cat eye and the same is includued in quoted rate by the contractor complete all as specified and directed. (ii) Contractor shall submit the purchase vouchers before claiming RARs/Final bill.

S&F in repair delinator, at the top portion two high performance 100 mm dia reflectors and two rectangular reflectors of 70 mm x 30mm are fixed on both sides of guide post. The body of guide post is moulded in ABS plastic and it is fixed on power coated steel pipe of 1.00 mtr height fixed in ground with PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 of size 300 x 300 x 300mm including necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified & directed complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Contractor shall submit the purchase vouchers before claiming RARs/Final bill.

S&F in repairs solar delinator 750mm high fixed in PCC Block of size 300x300x300mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm stone graded aggregate and red blinker and changed by solar energy having 1" red colour high intessity reflective type rounded duly pasted on lower side of lamp filed on PVC deluxe quality pipe of 50mm dia complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Contractor shall submit the purchase vouchers before claiming RARs/Final bill.

S&F in repair road safety convex mirror made up of polycarbonate reflective and body made of ABS / Fibber / Plastic of size 80 cm dia fixed over & including 40 mm bore MS pipe of 2.4 Metre length duly powder coated embedded in PCC 1:2:4 of size 45 cm x 45 cm x 45 cm including excavation earth work complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Contractor shall submit the purchase vouchers before claiming RARs/Final bill.

S&F for speed Bump of size 250mmx350mmx50mm made from heavy duly ABS with high resislance wear and tear property. UV stablized black & yellow combination. High reflective reflectors available in both shades in red and yellow colour. Speed Bump duly filed with concrete mixer for better stability. Bumps should be fixed on road with dual method i.e. applying thick coat of epoxy chemical on road as well as bumps also. Finaly fixing nails in epoxy applied speed bump for best druability complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Contractor shall submit the purchase vouchers before claiming RARs/Final bill.

Exavating in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil each hole not exceeding 0.5 cum getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth in layers not exceeding 25 cm watering and removing surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foudation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S&F stainless steel pipe GRDE SS 304 framed work such as of pipes angles tees, flat incl gusset plates etc and welding and or riverting and similar work complete all as specified and directed .

M & L in replacement of 3 mm thick ACP sheet of any colour/shade as approved and one side covered with 3 M retro-reflective sheet & pasting computerized size of letter of retro reflective sheet not exc 30 cm in height including stop commas, short line dashes, hypens brackets etc as directed and pasted with approved adhesive as in sign bound cut to size and fixed to stainless steel frame including all necessary fitting arrangement complete all as specified and dirceted. Note :- Nothing extra shall be paid for writing.
