Providing, laying, spreading and compacting 75mm thick (seventy Five milimeter) WBM Gr-III with stone aggregates of specific sizes (53mm to 22.4mm) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 405and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials,labour and equipments to various location of site of work through all modes of transportation in all leads,lifts and all incidental charges by mechanical means.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.27 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 503 as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of all labour, equipment and material to various location through all modes of transportation in all lead, lift and all incidental charges.

Providing and laying 30mm thick Bituminous Concrete with 100-120 (One Hundred to One hundred Twenty) TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 (Seventy Five) tonnes per Hour using crushed aggregates of specified aggregates of specified grading, premixed with ituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 (Fice point four to five point six) per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix o work site, laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control t the required grade, level and alignment, rollign with smooth wheeled, viberatory and tenden rllers to ahieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects and as per direction of Engineer in charge including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all lead & lifts and all incidental charges.
