PROVN OF TROLLEY MOUNTED 315 KVA OUT DOOR TYPE STEP DOWN TRANSFORMER FOR NORTH AREA UNDER GE (U) MEERUT CANTT

(g) One No. 100 mm dia dial type thermometer (vapour pressure type) having range 0–120°C with metal guard, having maximum temperature indication with resetting device for transformer. (h) Two earthing terminals on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 32×6 mm GI earth strip. (i) Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (j) Oil level gauge. (k) Oil drain filter valve. (l) Lifting lugs. (m) Oil filling hole with cap/plug with connection pipe complete. (n) Air relief valve plug. (o) 04 Nos. plain solid cast steel detachable rollers. (p) Breather assembly with silica gel with connected pipe first fill of dehydrant agent. (q) Extra bushing for neutral on LV side in cable box providing independent earthing for neutral. (r) First fill of fresh transformer oil conforming to relevant IS:335 ISI marked, filtered up to 60 kV dielectric strength at 2.5 mm gap. (s) WTI and OTI dial type as per OEM. Note :- (i) Factory visit will be crried out rep of accepting officer before dispatch of items. (ii) Pre-commisioning test will be carried out by SEI/AEI/EI before energing the transformer.

Description all as per item No 1.00 & 1.01 above but cap of transformer 315 KVA with 50% load losses less than equal to 890W and with 100% load losses less then equal to 2440W complete all as specified and directed.

Supply ,laying , testing & commissioning of HT UG cable, XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable(heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 11 KV grade (Earthed system cable) as per IS 7098 Part-II, of size 95 Sqmm 3 core all as directed including laid in MS steel drum fixed in trolley complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying testing & commissioning of LT cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 185 sq mm 3½ core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for outdoor termination , heat shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply of Trolley size of 3658mm Length X 1829mm Width X 2300mm Height with main chassis of size 100mm X 50mm MS channel of 6 mm thick, support channel of size 75mm X 40mm MS channel of 6 mm thick and floor with 8 mm thick chequred plate. Side walls made up with welded wire mesh and Rear door fixed by hinges & lock. Axle 02 Nos of 63mm square, rim double plated 04 Nos. Tyres 04 Nos of size 7-50:16. Toe hook shall be made of forged steel, suspension system axle will be fitted with leaf spring and roof covered with GI sheet. Isolator and fuse mountings of suitable size Box Pipe including connection between transformer and switch fuse box , 900 amps main switch 4 pole with HRC fuse protection, 50x50x5mm MS Angle and 75x40 mm Channel clamp 2 nos for transformer including fixing . Carrying capacity of 5 Ton to be mounting upto 630 KVA Transformer. Rate quoted by the contractor inclusive of the following :- (i) Connection with xlpe Aliminium cable 1100 volt grade of size 185 Sqmm 3.5 Core . (cable shall be issued seperately under relevenat item) (ii) Connection of HT XLPE cable WITH HT side of transformer and suitable arrangment inside trolley for roll of the HT cable (Cable shall be issued seperatley). (iii) Main switch 900 amps 4 pole with and incl HRC fuse including necessary fixing arrangement with its closed enclosure.
