Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide in any type of soil for laying and taking out of GI/CI pipes all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as directed.

Removing excavated soils to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed.

M&L for drilling hole at a depth up to 1.5 mtr below the normal ground level of suitable size to insert upto 150 mm dia pipe across the road in horizontal position complete all as directed.

M&L for cutting of road depth up to 1.5 mtr below the normal ground level of suitable size to lay pipe upto 150 mm dia pipe across the road in horizontal position incl making good all disturbed surfaces of road to match with existing surfaces by premix road material/PCC complete all as directed.

Disconnecting, dismantling and taking up or down old/unserviceable/cracked GI tubing with fittings of size 15 mm bore incl cleaning for refixing complete all as spfd and directed. Note: Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

M&L in replacement of ductile iron pies 100mm bore incl rubber gasket joints and other relative accessories, class K-7 in any length laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of RCC over head reservoir up to 100000 gallons capacity at 40/60 feet staging including removal of all deposited scales, dirt and settled sand particals from intake of circulating pipe, cleaning with brushing, sweeping and brooming of inner and outer wall of the tank and washing the complete with bleaching powder solution and M&L for painting to rising main, delivery pipe, wash out and over flow pipes of 150mm bore existing water mains with two coats of synthetic enamle paints and also re-writing date of cleaning and marking of rising & delivery mains etc. Note : 1. The work shall be carried out through only by trained staff with hygiene and safety equipments 2. Responsibility for insurance and safety of team will solely rest with the contractor. 3. Cost of temporary supports such as props, jacks, scaffolding etc as required at site is deemed to be included in unit rates quoted.

S&F in replacement of cast iron double flanged sluice valve of size 80mm bore class PN 1.0 confirming to IS 14846/2000 with with high tensile stainless steel spindle with CI wheel, Gun Metal Nuts/rings 'I' bolt, ISI marked including replacement of rubber packing complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl No 33 but sluice valve of size 100mm.

M & L for boring on existing CI pipe upto 200 mm dia for branch connections of up to 50mm dia pipe by fixing of MS clamp 50x4mm cut to length and bent to shape, drilled and welded with GI socket of suitable size incl rubber packing, nut, bolt etc and testing complete all as specified and direted.

Repair to GI pipe lines of size 15mm to 25 mm bore dia and repair to leaked joints of pipe line complete including replacement of old GI fitting i.e union,nipple & sockets etc including excvation and taking up & down GI pipe required cutting & threading refixing in position in trenches and making good all disturbed surfaces of wall/ floor/ road/ path to match with existing specification all as specified and as directed. Note: Excavation and earthwork shall be measured and paid separately under respective items

Repair to GI pipe lines of size 40mm to 80 mm bore bore dia and repair to leaked joints of pipe line complete including replacement of old GI fitting i.e union,nipple & sockets etc including excvation and taking up & down GI pipe required cutting & threading refixing in position in trenches and making good all disturbed surfaces of wall/ floor/ road/ path to match with existing specification all as specified and as directed. M & L for repairing leakages of CI pipes of size 80mm with spigot and socket ends, including de-watering of pipe lines and trenches, burning out joints to recover lead and making new lead joint with retrieved material and any additional quantity of lead required as per site requirement incl all other materials such as spun yarn, fire wood incl excavation ,earth work (upto 1.5 mtr depth) by manual as required at site etc and making good the disturbed surface to match with existing surface as (PCC work in 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing any type of special tools & plants such as JCB & material (such as detachable joints/leak repair clamp suitable for CI/DI fittings, coller/short pieces of pipes or any other fittings as required to minimize the breakdown time and rectification of the problem as soon as possible. Rectification work must be start within two hours of intimation to contractor. Any delay in rectification may be penalized as deemed fit.

Minor repair/cleaning/servicing/maintenance and testing of chlorine granuals based dosing plant comprising of dosing pump, agitator and FRP tank and connected pipe lines etc once in a week :- Note : (a) Testing of chlorine at consumer end with medical authority and maintained chlorine test record once a week on a register and submit report to concern JE E&M/Engr-in-Charge.
