Dismantaling and taking down existing duct of any size and type with insulation of any types Complete in all respect all as specified and directed.

Supply , assembly and erection of GI sheet with C & SS rectangular/square duct made out of 'L' shaped hollow profile, duly factory boxed, incl all accessories such as Corner, Cleat, Carriage bolt, Gasket and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joints etc of size 18 Gauge. Complete in all respect all as specified and directed. Note:-The duct shall be fabricated in factory as per IS655-2006 and to be assembeled at the site, No fabriction at site will be permitted . Contractor must visit the site before quoting of the rates .The whole ducting shall be tested for any leakage and vibration after completion of job all as specified and directed. S & F Framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges for duct supports cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc.. n exc 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 with taking down old u/s MS Channel support of AC duct Complete in all respect all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for thermal insulation of supply/return air duct with cross linked closed cell performed sections of polyethylene (FR) insulation of 25 mm laminated with Aluminium Metalised polyester foil having a low stable k value of 1.6 with minimum density of 28 kg/cum duly pasted on duct with good quality adhesive and nitrile tape, isulation over duct shall be provided in such a way that it should cover the duct from all the sides including supports Complete in all respect all as specified and directed

M&L for Taking down and refixing existing grill of any size and any type all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dismantling and taking down of Air Handling Unit from its original location by discconecting all electrical and mechanical connections and setting aside for repair, Scrapping and removing out old u/s rusted frame work for AIr cooling System installed at Airmen Mess, SNCOs Mess and DSC mess and cleaning and carry out denting as required, Supply and fix new Base frame all as per existing size, replacement of water tray of size 600mm x 1800mm and made up of Angle Iron/GI sections and 18Gauge GI Sheet, painting of Base frame, Blower Motor, Blower Shaft, water tray with two coat of synthetic enameled paint over coat of red oxide primer, replacement of wiring and Assembling and Reinstalling back to Its original location after completion of work including testing Complete in all respect all as specified and directed by Engineer- incharge. (Note: Cost of fabrication & Material required for replacemnt of base frame & water Tray deemed to be included in quoted rates)

S&F primery Air filter for particulate size 5Micron and of size 600x600mm all as per existing type with taking down old u/s air filter. Complete in all respectall as specified and directed

M&L for taking out old u/s V Belt and S&F New V belt as per existing size for air blower. Complete in all respect all as specified and directed.

Demolition of old concrete Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including ashlar facings, dressed stonework, precast concrete articles and precast concrete block walling as in valve chamber or similar work. Complete in all respectall as specified and directed

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for foundation of Air Handling Unit of Air Cooling System Complete in all respect all as specified and directed.

M & L for plastering in cement mortar (1:6), 10mm thick on concrete surfaces finished fair & even etc Complete in all respect all as specified and directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II (Schedule of credit) Credit amount of Rs (Refer schedule of credit) for retrieved material mentioned in Sch 'A' Part-II (if applicable) of Tender documents in PDF form will be deducted offline during acceptance of tender of lowest bidder.

Note: (1) The repair and painting has to be carried out as and when required basis and accordingly site will be available in piecemeal wise and as directed by Enginer-in-Charge.

(2) The contractor shall remove all the rubish/waste materials from the site of the work and deposit the same at a place exceeding 100 metres as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The contractor shall also clean all joinery, floor, glass panes, fittings and fixtures etc. which may have been affected by the execution of work and will leave the site clean and tidy to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rates quoted by the Contractor for all the relevant items of BOQ shall be deemed to be included of this element.
