Supplying , transporting, erectiong, testing and commissioning of 36 KV, 1800MVA, 1250A, 50Hz voltage class outdoor type Vacuum Circuit Breaker for use on system voltage 33 KV. The circuit breaker and accessories shall conform to IEC-62271-100 or IS 13118 and other relevant IEC/IS standard. The circuit breaker shall be complete with terminal connection, operating mechanism, control cabinets, cable from yard to control room along with accessories like gland, terminal block, lugs, necessary steel support structure and RCC foundation for CB and control cabinet The circuit breaker shall be required to performs as per technical parameters given below:-

Note:- (i) Cost of supply and fix of Outdoor type Terminal Kiosk (TK) having terminals/disconnecting-links for termination of CT/PT wiring including PT secondary fuses complete all as required at site are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. Supplying and fixing , Stretching, Securing, Connecting & testing of Aluminium Conductor Steel Reinforced (ACSR) of size Zebra/Dog/Goat/Panther/Wolf for 33 KV yard for jumper complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Rate quoted include the cost of end connection as per site requirement

Supply, installation laying & testing of 33KV control & relay panel indoor type for Vaccum Circuit Breaker. The panel shall be with back access double door arrangement, dust and vermin proof , IP -54 class protection and made 2mm , CRCA MS sheet powder coated finsh over one coat of red oxide primer both side operating type, including internal wiring using 1.1kV FRLS insulated multistrand cable (2.5sqmm for CT/PT and control circuit, numbered and colour coded as per IS-5578/1984 having suitable entry for cable consisting of the following:-.

(A) Main, Numerical Protection Relay with LCD displaying mimic bay for ON/OFF control and monitoring of feeder current. Built in disturbance recorder and event logger to monitor the Sequence of Events (SoE) using upto 1000 event codes. The relay shall be communicable on IEC 61850 GOOSE platform, using RJ-45/USB/FO port and capable of Binary Signal Transfer between local and remote relay over Fiber Optic. (i) Line Differential with high set and low set (stabilized) with second harmonic restraint to bypass transformer inrush. The scheme will be implemented using Single Mode Fibre Optic protection communication link between local and remote relay.Suitable single mode Fiber optic port shall be part of the relay including connected items like LIU and Patch cord etc. (ii) Over current and earth fault protection with minimum pickup at low set of 5% and 1% respectively (iii) Transient/intermittent earth fault protection (iv) Phase discontinuity protection

M & L for complete connection of the existing line bkeakers, CTs & PTs of 33 KV for line protection scheame by removal of existing required control cables & accessories carefully & refixing , testing to new installed RTCC line differential relay & control panel and making connection for the installed new vaccum breaker, CTs & PTs of 33 KV for transformer protection scheame with the existing RTCC panel with new provisioned control cables testing complete all as specified and directed, Note : Rate quoted included calibration of the line differential relay.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for mounting of 33 KV CTs/PTs including necessary form work, finished the exposed surfaces fair without using extra cement including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & installing steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-31 (9 mtr long) of approx wt.147 kg conforming to IS 2713 (Part-II) including excavation, earth work, PCC foundation, base plate,PCC coping,GI pipe for cable protection etc. and GI bracket for fitting mounting, complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as specified and as directed by E-in-charge. NOTE:- The unit rate in this item is deemed to be included the cost of exacavation and earth work in soft/loose soil,PCC foundation 1:4:8 type D-2 (40 mm graded stone aggregate), PCC coping 1:2:4 type B-1 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in steel tubular pole and GI bracket made of GI pipe medium grade 40 mm bore, 1.5 mtr long for fixing of street light fitings . The steel pole shall be painted by bituminious paint total length inside and up to planting depth outside and remaining portion of pole painted with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep in soft loose soil for laying / taking up/ taking down of cables and getting out and levelling of bottom suface to required level all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Returning filling in,. Including spreading, levelling,. Watering and well ramming soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (ie soil) from site to a distance n. exc 50 mtrs away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for river washed and screened, dry sand for filling in trenches below and around underground cables for cushioning of cables etc, complete all as specified.

S&F sub class B bricks having minimum compressive strength 75 Kg/ Sqcm laid in trenches for cable protection etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Measurement shall be taken after putting down.
