Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two crushed stone sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the departmental officers.- Mixing by mechanical means

Supplying and fixing HPL Partition using 50 x 25mm aluminium frame with necessary screws and nails including labour charges for fixing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Brick partition walls of 11.50cm thickness using best quality Fly ash Brick of size 230x110x70mm with class designation of 7.5 conforming to IS 13757-1993 or IS 12894-2002 in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three CS Sand) using hoop iron reinforcement if found necessary including Cost of Mortar Plasticizer, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (Hoop iron reinforcement will be measured and paid for separately)

Construction of INSPECTION CHAMBER following clear sizes including earth work excavation, CC 1:5:10 of 10 cm thick and brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 [One cement and Five sand] using best quality of Clay burnt Bricks of size 9” x 43/8” x 23/4” with Class designation of 7.5 and Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:3 [One Cement and Three Plastering Sand] 12 mm thick to inner and outer sides and wearing coat 1:3:6 [One Cement, Three crushed stone sand and Six Aggregate] 15 cm thick and covered with precast slab 5 cm thick etc., complete complying as directed by the departmental officers as per standard specification.

Clearing the surface thoroughly with water and remove all the impurities and loose plaster, flacks, fungus growth etc by suitable mechanical means like scrapping or wire brushing and subsequantly wash with adequate water to get an abosulutely cleaned surface to take on further treatment. Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Dadooing walls with size of 300 x 600 x 10mm best approved quality, white / colour glazed tiles conforming to IS 15622 of following sizes in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two crushed stone sand),10 thick with Mortar Plasticizer and pointing the joints with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout at the rate of 0.27 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Supplying and fixing in position PVC Trims (corner Beading) including labour charges for fixing etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and laying 2mm thick Vinyl flooring including labour charges etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Renewing and refixing with new design ornamental sound proof Armstrong grid false ceiling arrangements with alu. anodized T section and L angle frame work grid of size 60x60cm with Aluminium T section 25x25x2.8mm L angle of size 25x25x2mm thick and the same is supported at suitable intervals by adjustable type 6mm dia M.S rods with suitable threaded nuts, suspended rod and hanging from ceiling at 1.20m c/c in longitudinal section and 60cm at middle portion 60x60cm panel should be covered with 12mm thick Armstrong sheet in grid so as to give neat finishing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental officers.

Providing Wall Panelling using Double side teak wood sheet with melamine polishing with following specification. The frame using aluminium tubular section of size 50mm x 25mm x 2mm thick fixing horizontally and vertically in position with wall at interval of 0.60m in both diretions, fixing water proof plywood of 12mm thick over the aluminium frame work with necessary screws. both side teak wood sheet of 3.5mm thick will be fixed over the plywood using fevical and finishing with melamine polishing and the rate inclusive of conveyance to site and labour charges and as directed by the Departmental Officers. The design pattern, water proof plywood, OST sheet and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work etc., complete

Providing each feet trophallaxis method of post constructional anti termite treatment by drilling holes ½” dia at uniform intervals of 12” at the junction of walls and floors to a depth of 6ich to 8 inch depth inside the building best quality anti termite solution shall be injected into these holes by using hand pump or pressure pump till its refusal. The wooden frames shall be treated with the anti termite solution and the outer periphery of the building shall be treated by making a small channel alround the building with suitable intervals after completion of the treatment all the holes drilled in the floors and walls will be closed and finishing neatly with cement mortar 1:3 and with the white cement or other suitable materials to render the surface to original condition at his own coat.
