Providing two legged scaffolding for works at average height of 12.50m using 10 to 13 cm. dia. casuarina props, the distance between the two rows being 1.25m. and the spacing of posts being 2m. in both the rows with two horizontal posts with 0.5m. overlap on either side and braces at 2m. c/c including longitudinal & transverse middle braces to stepup and providing a platform with country wood planks of 40 mm. thick & 1m. width, etc. including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, safety measures, etc. complete.

Providing wooden platform with scaffolding arrangement using 10 to 13cm dia Casurina posts and 40mm thick country wood planks for providing platform over the scaffolding including cost of all materials labour, lead, lift etc., complete.

Washing of Surface with Soap. Soda & Water including cost of labour, T & P etc., complete.

Chipping and removing the deteriorated damaged concrete surface of RCC structures including all foreign materials and leaving behind only firm and solid concrete including cleaning with water, removing the loose rust deteriorated on the reinforcement by brushing, including applying one coat of Nitozinc primer to the exposed reinforcement rods, including all labours, tool equipment’s, staging propping etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Gunitting the prepared concrete surface at an average thickness of 50mm in two layer of 25mm each using op/pp cement mortar (1:3) by volume as per ISI 9082/1978 using guniting equipment the mixture being ejected and shot in to the surface by means of compressed air including treating the existing concrete surface before guniting with watering and applying cement slurry including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, T&P, staging, transport etc. complete.

Supplying, cutting, bending & tying in position secondary reinforcement wherever using GI weld mesh of size 75 X 50 mm 10gauge to the existing concrete surface prepared as per specification including transporting, fabricating bending & tying in position as per the engineer at site including cost of all materials labours, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Supplying and providing RTS reinforcement including cutting, bending, tying, fixing in position rate including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Removing the spalled/ distressed RCC from the existing concrete to average thickness of 110mm including disposal of debris with a lead of 1km and roughening the surface thoroughly with Reebaklens fosroc acid/ equivalent with all lead, lift, labour etc., complete.

Micro Concrete - 110mm for RCC Wall with Shuttering. a. Applying One coat of Nito Zinc/equivalent primer after thorough cleaning of rust in the reinforcement rate including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete as directed by the engineer at site. b. Providing fabricating and erecting slurry tight form work with plywood shutters with suitable supports, which do not deform due to micro concrete including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, etc., complete as directed by the engineer at site. c. Providing micro concrete Rendroc RG (or) equivalent as per manufacture's specifications. This mixed micro concrete should be placed continuously for an average thickness of 110mm including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, etc., complete as directed by the engineer at site. d. Applying one coat of polymer modified Acrylic Emulsion (Nito bond AR or equivalent) on the finished concrete surfaces as a curing membrane including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, etc., complete as directed by the engineer at site.

Supplying and Providing the Conbextra GP2 or equivalent of 25kg bag and mixed with of proper cement ration and mixed with 25% of 6mm metal as per the instruction of engineer rate including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, hire charges for machine etc., complete.

Applying DEKGUARD/ equivalent primer by spraying to the newly gunitted concrete surfaces as per manufactures specifications rate including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lifts etc., complete.

Applying two coats of DEKGUARD S/ equivalent top coat to the exposed concrete surfaces by brush/ roller coating continuously rate including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Painting with two coats of enamel paint of approved colour and make in the existing wall and writing the name board including the cost of all materials, lead, lift, scaffolding charges, etc., complete.
