Overhauling of 1 No. 15 HP 10T 3NL Ingersoll Rand oil free reciprocating air compressor by way of replacement of following parts:
The whole compressor has to be separated part by part and each part viz pistons, cylinders, air head, body, air lines, base frame has to cleaned inside out by low viscosity lubricating oil in order to make it dust & grease free.
Gasket Air head Material: Flexible graphite with wire mesh.
Gasket cylinder head Material: Flexible graphite with wire mesh.
Gasket cylinder flange Material: Flexible graphite with wire mesh.
Gasket Cover Crank case Material: Flexible graphite with wire mesh.
