Supply & installation of 5 HP Diesel Engine operated Chaff Cutter to Belagavi Milk Union.

1.(a)The tenderer should be a manufacturer who must have manufactured, tested and supplied the materials/equipment(s) to the any KMF unit/Govt. Institution/Organization specified in the Schedule of Requirements up to at least 60% of the quantity required in any one of the last three years.(b) Tenders of tenderers quoting as authorized representative of a manufacturer, meeting with the above requirement in full, can also be considered provided:(i)the manufacturer furnishes authorization in the prescribed format assuring full guarantee and warranty obligations as per GCC and SCC

2.The tenderer should furnish the information on all past supplies and satisfactory performance for both (a) and (b) above, in proforma under Section XII.

3.The Tenderer should have service center with experienced person in Belgaum and submit the address proof along with the tenders.

4.Tenderer address for the filling and service station (Optional) with PAN/GST registration, Service Tax & ESI registration certificate of the concerned.

5.Tenderer should have a Turn over certificate from Registered C A with a turnover of 03 crores in any one year among past three years
