Construction of day care subcentre cum HWC Building at Titisingh under Nuagada block sanctioned in PM -ABHIM Grant

Building Work, Ground Floor Earth work in excavation of foundation in hard or gravelly soil with all leads & lifts including dressing the sides & leveling the bed of the foundation to the required width & required depth including shoring shuttering, propping bullah, pilling, dewatering from foundation supplying & working of pumps including hire & running charges of pumps & all machineries required for the work & providing coffer dam if required & stacking the excavated materials away from the working areas with Cess complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-chargel.

Providing & filling good clean river sand of approved quality including watering to complete saturation & ramming complete including cost conveyance, royalty, DMF (10% over royalty), EMF (5% over royalty) & Addl. Charges, Cess & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour required for the work etc complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Providing Cement Concrete (1:3:6) with 40mm size clean hand broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry includinghoisting lowering & levelling in position to required level in each layer not exceeding 15cm thick in foundation including frame work where neCessary ramming using vibrator to proper slope and levelling curing dewatering with cost conveyance royality, DMF (10% over royalty), EMF (5% over royalty) & Addl. Charges, labour of all materials and including hire & running charges of machineries required for the work including supplying & working of pumps and Cess as per the specifiction and direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Fly Ash brick masonary in Cement Mortar (1:6) in foundation/Superstructure using-fly ash-brick of 23cm X 11cm X 8cm size having a crushing strength in between 75kg to 100 kg per Sq.cm with dimensional tolerance ± 8% including splays cutting circular moulding chamfering & corbelling watering and curring for 7days after immersing the bricks in water for six hours before use etc. complete including cost & conveyance of all materials royalty, DMF (10% over royalty), EMF (5% over royalty) & Addl. Charges, & labour & cess etc required for the work complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Foundation

RCC work of gradeM-20 having a minimum compressive strength in work text of 200Kg/cm2 in15cm cubesat 28daysafter mixing and tests conducted using 10mm to 20mm size (20mm not to exceed 25 percent) crusher black broken granite stone chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting,lowering and laying concrete by using vibrators watering and curing for four weeks centering and shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth to receive painting or white or clour wasing providing grooves or beads where neCessary including cost, conveyance,and royalties of all materials DMF (10% over royalty), EMF (5% over royalty) & Addl. Charges,and labour & cess required for the work in all respect but execluding cost of reinforcement MS rods or tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 guage and labour charges etc, complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
