S & installation and testing of Electric water heater , storage vertival type BEE 4/5 star rated, 25ltr capacity 240 volts 50 Hz comprising of high wattage heating element for instant heating , extre Mild steel with glass lined coated inner tank , rust & shock proof ABS outer body, non-ferrous pressure plate with & including provn of 4 Nos grouting bolts suitably flushed to wall or any other surface including electric connection with 3 core PVC insulated , sheathed, stranded copper conductor cable/flexible chord and one no 15 amps 3 pin plug top etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sub main wiring with 2 run of single core PVC insulated (unsheathed) multi stranded copper conductor FRLSH cable of size 4.0 sqmm and one single core PVC insulated (unsheathed) multi stranded copper conductor FRLSH cable of size 4.0sqmm as in continuous earth wire drawn into and including concealed PVC conduit, medium grade of 25 mm bore complete with fittings, PVC Junction Boxes, fixings accessories, also including cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facing and pointing in using cement mortar 1:3 and making good disturbed surfaces to match with the adjoining surfaces, including taking down existing sub main wiring complete all as specified and as directed.
