Reinforced cement concrete, M25, using 20 mm graded stone aggregates, as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs, shelves, platforms and the like, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6) type C0, using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in filling the Chowkats/frames complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete (1:2:4) type B1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, benching and the like including necessary formwork etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix, 30 mm thick Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails, MS frame shall be covered with heat molded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement complete including Solid PVC door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm thick plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, including making good to jambs with cement mortar (1:4) and finished to match with existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix, 35 mm thick Factory made Second class hardwood Plain framed, paneled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 12 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for powder Coated aluminium frames and shutters (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 microns) and fabricating of doors, windows, ventilators and fixed partitions with one or more rebates including necessary joining cleat, glazing clips, rubber packing, snap bending crews etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- i) For payment purpose, weight of aluminium section only shall be measured and paid, ii) Cost of aluminium mongery. lock, rubber packing, rollers for sliding shall be deemed to include in the quoted rate and nothing extra will be measured and paid,, iii) Supply and fixing of Sheet glass and wire gauge shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items.

Taking down wood work as in shelves, cabins, etc., and providing material and labour, 18/19 mm thick Plywood (5 ply), fire retardant, BWR type, cutting, jointing, fixing with screws, including edging/lipping complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, 0.9 mm thick decorative laminated sheet, Type I, colour and pattern as approved, fixed with adhesive as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection/paving laid in panels, and joints filled with bitumen and sand mixed in 1:3 by weight, finishing the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, for 75 mm thick Plain Cement Concrete (1:4:8), type D2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in sub base / flooring, etc., finishing the surfaces even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, for elevation tiles, using Digistone (Make : Kajaria or technocommercial equivalent in Orient / Somany / Johnson) of size 150 x 450 x 7 mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles, laid over and including provision of backing coat of 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for flooring with double charged, Vitrified tiles, Light shade 10 mm thick (Square / rectangular), area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sq m, set, pointed in neat cement slurry in white or coloured cement to match with colour of tiles including screed bed of 15 mm thick in CM 1:6, laid complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for vertical surfaces i.e., dado / skirting with double charged, Vitrified tiles, Light shade 10 mm thick (Square / rectangular), area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sq m, set, pointed in neat cement slurry in white or coloured cement to match with colour of tiles including backing coat of 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 laid complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for, Machine cut kota stone, 18-20 mm thick, slab flooring (size of stone slab shall not be less than 550mm x 550mm), laid over and including provision of screed bed or bedding layer of CM 1:4, 15mm thick, laid in floors etc., and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick, using single piece kota stone slab (pre-mirror polished) in tread/risers of steps, staircase etc. to match in size and pattern, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured epoxy grout to match, laid over and including provision of backing coat of CM 1:4, 15mm thick, including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, chequered plain cement concrete commercial tiles with grey cement and pigments, 300 mm x 300 mm x 20 to 22 mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, laid over cement screed base of 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) and set jointed and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface of tiles , complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 10 mm thick on stone surfaces in cement mortar in CM 1:4 including mixing approved liquid water proofing compound, finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- Supply only WPC will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of BOQ.

Sub main wiring with TWO runs of single core 4 sq mm, PVC insulated, PVC unsheathed, FRLS copper conductor cable drawn in and including PVC concealed / surface, conduit of suitable size, with ONE run of 4 sq mm copper conductor cable as earth wire including cutting chases to wall and making good the disturbed surfaces for insertion of PVC conduit, complete all as specified and directed. (ii) Earth pit shall be constructed at least 0.5 metre away from each earth chamber.

Supply and fix, earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 4 mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire complete all as specified and as directed.
