Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down DB's including MCB's etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully unserviceable sub main wiring of any size/core/type including making good the disturbed surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Point wiring with PVC un-sheathed and PVC insulated cable with stranded copper conductor cable 1.5 Sq mm size in and including PVC casing caping double lock type of size 25X16mm including one No. 1.5 Sq mm single core PVC insulated copper cable for continuous earth wire connected to earth dolly for one light /Bell point controlled by one 5 Amp switch one way and sharing of wire in casing capping shall be as per IS specification including making good disturbed surface of walls & floors etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in replacement of building security light 30watt with output 175lm/watt minimum consist of photovoltaic (SPV) module, luminaire, control electronics, inter connecting wires/ cables, module mounting pole including hardware and battery, inbuilt MPPT charge controller. The solar Luminary has aluminium pressure die cast (PDC) housing with IP 65 including taking down old unserviceable Solar light of any size/watt, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair LED Building Security light fitting 30 watt energy saving environmental friendly long life LED Street light made up pressure die cast aluminium housing with high efficiency LEDs complete with fixing arrangements, all as specified and directed.

M&L for sub main wiring with two single core 6.0 Sqmm PVC (FRLS) insulated multistranded flexible copper conductor cable 660/1100 volts grade down in through non metalic PVC casing caping with and including PVC insulated 4.0 Sqm single core single strand copper conductor as continous earth wire in green colour connected to common earth dolly, complete all as specified and directed. Not : Two runs of cable, one run of earth wire, one run of PVC casing capping will be measured and paid one unit.
