Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillar etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks of old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

All as per serial item No 2 herein before but except bricks (using old serviceable bricks obtained from ser item No 1 here-in-above) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering cement plaster in Cement mortar 1:6 over brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement and providing necessary scaffolding , safety precautions and other requisite arrangements complete all as specified and directe

M&L for rendering 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick wall or on concrete surfaces and finishing the surface fair and even without using extra cement and providing necessary scaffolding , safety precautions and other requisite arrangements all as per site requirement complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in ceiling CM 1:3 over brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, as in ceiling, chajjas, facias, at any position, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over and including one coat of primer on the surfaces including 1mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed

M&L for applying Two or more coats on new plasteredsurfaces of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.
