Supply of FAA/ICAO/DGCA-CAR compliant elevated blue colour, omni-directonal LED type Taxiway Edge Light fitting (LED medium intensity) for Apron Edges and Taxiway Edges suitable for 2.8amps to 6.6 amps series circuit (CCR supply) complete with LED lamp with thermal management having life of 50000 burning hours, 360° optical glass lens/dome, O-Ring, Electrical kit, Latex, breakable coupling/frangible pole, gasket, two pin secondary leads, base plate with stainless steel bolts, springs & plain washers complete with all accessories suitable for installation on existing CI transformer housing boxes etc. complete as required. The LED fitting shall have five years guarantee period.

Supply of FAA/ICAO/DGCA-CAR compliant bi-directional inset type high intensity runway edge light fitting having one side yellow(Amber) and other side clear filter, 12" dia. shallow base having bottom cable entry, prisms, prefocus halogen lamps, etc. complete with all accessories suitable for 2x105 W, 6.6 amp. halogen lamps or equivalent suitable for fixing at runway-taxiway intersection (including on left edge of the runway viewing amber colour light) etc. complete with all accessories as required.

Supply of 15 Watts, 6.6/6.6 A, 5 kV grade, 50 Hz Isolating transformers suitable for taxiway edge light fittings, series type encapsulated in black cross linked polychloroprene compound with primary and secondary connections etc complete as required and as per specifications.

Supply of 200 Watts, 6.6/6.6 A, 5 kV grade, 50 Hz Isolating transformers suitable for inset runway light fittings, series type encapsulated in black cross linked polychloroprene compound with primary and secondary connections etc complete as required and as per specifications.

Supply of 100 Watts, 6.6/6.6 A, 5 kV grade, 50 Hz Isolating transformers suitable for signages, series type encapsulated in black cross linked polychloroprene compound with primary and secondary connections etc complete as required and as per specifications.

Supply of airfield copper conductor cable, PVC/XLPE insulated & PE sheathed unshielded, anti-termite and anti- rodent treated cable of 5 KV grade conforming to IS 1554 (Part II) as amended upto date and as specified in AAI particular specification of size: 1 X 6 Sqmm

Supply of 2 x 4 sqmm secondary lead made out of multi stranded copper conductor EPR insulated & PCP sheathed, anti termite & anti rodent treated 600 V grade cable as specified in particular specifications as required.

Supply of following size of HDPE pipe, ISI marked, PE-80 grade, PN-6 rating and conforming to IS:4984 with upto date amendments etc complete as required and as per specifications.

Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning of LED illuminated Mandatory Instruction and Information Guidance signage board (IP 65 protection) complying ICAO standard of various sizes fabricated from anodized aluminium profile structure & 2mm thick aluminium sheet, 4mm thick long life imported non- specular surface polycarbonate signage sheet, symbols of sign shall be made of self-adhesive film applied on face of polycarbonate sheet. Board shall be illuminated with linear LED's & driver(s) i/c all other accessories, suitable converter to operate on 2.8 Amp to 6.6 Amp AC constant current as incoming supply, mounting legs with breakable coupling & base frame, secondary leads, by providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 Coarse sand:6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) of size 400mm x 400mm x 500mm each for the mounting legs, installation of CI transformer housing boxes in the soil after excavating and with 150 mm thick concrete all around the housing box, providing and fixing 25cm long, 15mm dia "B' class GI pipes in the CI box, mounting anchor bolts, nuts, washers, frame etc. including supply and installation of suitable single capacity/ wattage electronic converters,IT,MS boxes etc. complete as required and confirming to tender's technical specifications, terms & conditions etc. complete as required. The LED Strips and converters shall have five years guarantee period.

Supply of CI Transformer Housing Box, Round Shape of outside dia 330mm Height 450 mm made of 10mm thick all round except on Top Surface which is 15mm thick having a clear opening of 220mm at the Top Surface and 6Nos. M10 Tapped Holes at the hole centre of 220mm to receive light fittings base plate and bolts. The box shall have two clear hole onside surface. Centre at 75mm above bottom suitable to receive 50mm dia B class GI/HDFE pipe and check nuts and also have a clear hole side. Centre at 175mm above bottom suitable to receive 15mm dia B Class GI Pipes and check nuts. The box shall have two earth bolts of M 10 X 30 mm inside near the hole (100mm above bottom surface) and a drain hole at the bottom.The C.I. Box should be provided with Base plate, Base plate Gasket and M-10 SS Bolts and Washers.

Installation, testing and commissioning of medium intensity LED type taxiway edge light fitting on the existing CI isolating transformer housing box including connection of the secondary lead etc. complete as required.

ITC of Inset type high intensity runway Edge light fitting suitable for halogen type lamp, complete with lens, support mechanism, lens claiming mechanism, gasket, 2 pin secondry lead, suitable based for side/ bottom hole entry, LED lamp and required accessories including core cutting as per size of the fitting & filling the same by suitable sealing material of reputed make and confirming to ICAO requirement as required.

Laying of following size of HDPE pipe along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. direct in ground (80 cm below ground level) including cutting, jointing, excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required. 50 mm dia (OD)

Laying of following size HDPE Pipe in underground for laying of cable across runway/taxiway/road at depth of upto 3 mtr through HDD Method etc complete as required. 50 mm dia (OD)

Laying of following size of 32mm dia HDPE pipe from CI Box to the inset fitting on runway/taxiway and its shoulder along with all accessories by kerf cutting the bituminous/PCC surface with suitable depth and width with the help of cutting tools and machines, disposal of debris upto 300 mtr, making good the surface by providing and laying suitable sealing material etc complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 5 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ HDPE/ DWC/ METAL PIPE/CABLE DUCT as required. 1X 6 sq. mm

Laying of Secondary Cable of 600 V grade of following size in the existing HDPE/ METAL PIPE as required.

Making connections of 5 kV grade, 6 Sq mm copper conductor AFL cables i/c crimping & fixing, applying HT tape and making connections to the isolation transformer etc. complete as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire in ground for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.
