(40.5.2) P & L Lime Surkhi Plaster lime surkhi mortar 1:2 (1 Lime : 2 Surkhi) including preparation of mortar by traditional practice (by grinding) in specified course for base coarse and subsequent course & Loi, tamping, beating, curing till the shrinkage cracks are disappear. The work is to be done with all lead as the work is of restoration nature as per Jaipur practice including adding gur, methi & gugal on old walls including removal of all old loose and decade plaster, each coat to be done after 3 days of previous coat.45 mm thick in four coats

(40.17) Khamira Colour Washing as per old traditional practice to prepare the Khamira the lime should be slaked at least for 7-10 days and regularly it should be stirred by adding cured, Gugal, for non-synthetic colour adding gum (babool gum) as per specification. Then applying prepared solution on walls three to four thin coats as desired finishing.

(40.21) Providing & applying "Lime Kara on stone work only" having carving stone work /decorative stone work (stone pillars, stone arches, railing etc.) as per traditional practice, as per specifications with grinded mortar in two coats with finishing complete in all respect.

(40.23) Making Kangura on top of the wall as per Jaipur traditional practice with tile brick bats/stones in grinded Lime Surkhi mortar 1:2 thickness of kangoora 15cm & height 45cm, finishing with lime Surkhi mortar 1:2 complete in all respect up to 10.00 meter from ground level including all scaffolding, lead & lift.

(40.34) De-vegetation from monument by removing bushes, trees including complete uprooting from the wall & roofs/structures carefully including suitable chemical treatment to roots to avoid further growth including disposal of rubbish with in 50 mtr. Lead as per direction of Engineer in-charge.

(2.1.3) Cutting of trees, including cutting of trunks, branches and removal of stumps, roots, stacking of serviceable material with all lifts and up to a lead of 1000 mtrs and earth filling in the depression/pit to required compaction as per MoRT&H specification clause 201. (Measurement of girth to be done at height of 1 m above ground level) Girth from 900 mm to 1800 mm

(2.4.1) Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls, CC road and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 50 metres as directed by Engineer.Lime Concrete, cement concrete grade M-10 (1:5:10) and below

(35.22.6) Cleaning and removal of earth, silt, sludge, kankar, boulder, building material and garbage in existing nallah/drains including construction of bypass arrangement to bypass water with 1.5m lift from ground level and lead upto 50 m including foul & saturated condition where pumping out or bailing out of water is required, including shoring, shuttering where required and dewatering. Making access for disposal and dressing disposal side as per the directed of the Engineer.For depth above 7.50 m and upto 9.00 m
