Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exceeding 400 sqm ,exceeding 50 mm but not exceeding 100 mm deep complete all as Specified and directed

Material and Labour for 75mm thick, compacted thickness (Granite,trap,basalt) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed .

M&Lfor preparation of unsurfaced WBM by wire brushing for removing caked mud etc and sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with compressed air to remove all dirt and applying a priming coat of bitumen primer @ 10kg/10 Sqm of paving bitumen of grade VG-10 completed all as specified and directed.

M&L of preparation of existing black top surfaces by wire brushing for removing caked mud etc and sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all dirt and applying a priming coat of bitumen primer @5 kg/10 sqm of paving bitumen of grade VG-10 completed all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous, macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using paving bitumen any penetration VG-30 with using binder content 4% by weight of total mix rolling with static power roller of capacity 8 to 12 ton, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness by using mechanical pavers with 5.5% binder content (VG-30) as in semi dense asphaltic concrete rolled and compacted to required camber & gradients with 8 to 12 tones power road roller to a uniform smooth surfaces completed all as specified and directed

Repair to pot holes any depth n. exc 1 sqm each incl sweeping free from dust and mud, water scoring sunken surface in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, and applying evenly tack coat @5kg/10 sqm ,putting in premixed bituminous mecadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.80kg/10sqm blinded with 0.09cum of stopne chippings, 6.3 mm size making good by filling in screened and graded road metal and well ramming ( incl supply of road metal ) complete all as Specified and directed

Material and Labour for preparing of black top bituminous road surface and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc and the like not exceeding 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufactures instructions , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions,complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Dark Eye or equivalent of 3M/Sun Eyez/M/S Texla plastic & Metal Pvt Ltd/ M/S Automat Road safty Pvt Ltd.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment in paths and hardstanding laid tightly over dry sand cushion (compacted) and joint filled with dry sand over 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone agg) as in sub base in floor surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation for laying interlocking tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing, plain cement concrete1:2:4 type B-1 (20 mm graded aggreate) as in coping,benching kerbs etc, similar work including waste of form work where necessary , complete all as specified and directed..

Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd bearing weight of 10 tonne (appx) fixe as per manufacturers instructions etc. complete all as specified and directed.
