Demolition of rein- forced cement concrete (RCC water tanks with platform ) as in top of roofs ,floors (other than ground floors ) beams,stair cases,landings,chajjas and similar suspended works etc, (rein forcement cut as required to facilitate demolition /dismental), including remval of debris complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down 15mm dia bore GI steel tubing and connection including cleaning or removal from site complete all as specified.

Cutting to brick walls chases, pinning in. making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing , etc., and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth complete all as specified.

S&F CPVC pipes, SDR 11, 16 mm outer dia of pressure rating 6 kgf/sqcm conforming to IS-15778 with all brass fittings such as Tee,Bends, elbows ,unions ,sockets and end pieces etc to receive fittings and fixed with solvents fixed to walls/ floors with all clamps in Shafts/ducts with all necessary scaffolding to fix the pipes and testing the joints under prescribed pressure complete all as specified.

Taking down 20mm dia bore GI steel tubing and connection including cleaning and making good dismantaled surface complete all as specified.

Taking up or down steel/GI tubing 25 mm and connection, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified.

S&F GI tubing Medium grade 25mm bore conforming to IS-15778 with all fittings such as Tee, bends, elbows, unions sockets and end oieces etc to receive the fittings and fixed with walls laying in floors complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs 20mm Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel headcomplete all as specified

S&F in repairs 25mm Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel headcomplete all as specified

Dismantling of water tanks exc 250& n exc500 ltr capacity and removing to store complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) triple layered 500 ltrs capacity hoisted and fixed in position including 25mm dia float ball brass valve and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed all as specified

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified.

S&F Mild steel as in trusses (framed), over chajjas as in sun shade etc, and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. conforming to Fe410-Wgde-E-250 Quality A complete all as specified.

S & F Mild steel work in tubular trusses ,posts, purlin ,rafter etc complete including nessary cutting, welding,fabrication and eraction Machine hydraulic bending etc complete using ERW pipes or indution butt welded tubes,confirming to IS 1161-1979 (Gde E-250) quality-A, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for Plates (plain or chequered) channels. Square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F wind ties for roof including securing bolts including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of anticorrosive paint (Epoxy) a coat primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, and thickness including Nainital pattern and roof covering, complete all as specified.

S&F for Pre- Painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for Pre- Painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 10mm dia 150mm long bolt fastner complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting chases,for concealed/fixing galvalume sheet etc., and making good, cutting exc 20 cm girth pinning in. making good to facing of stone concrete block or slab walls where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, chajjas etc.; complete all as specified.

M&L Plain Cement Concrete Type C1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Formwork to side of pillars,posts.struts,piers,column and stsnchions finished surfaces of concrete square,rectangular or polygonal complete all as specified.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified .

Completely removal of existing water proofing treatment of any descriptions and in any position (APP membrane, etc) and including demolition concrete padding with top layer of plaster, and roughening of concrete slab by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and applying evenly cement slurry at the rate of 3kg / sqm over cleaned roof surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type BO (using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate) for roof ,kerbs or mud stops,rounded or chamfered on eds etc including mixing of admixture fosroc SP 430 of M/S Fosroc chemical @ 250ml per 50kg of cement over existing roof and in padding concrete to maintain required slope and minimum thickness being 25 mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge by Engr-in-charge. Note:- WPC will be measured and paid separetly under respective item.

Supply only of admixture fosroc SP 430 Chemical all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for screed bed layer 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 on concrete surfaces of roof, mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- WPC will be measured and paid separetly under respective item.

Material and labour for cleaning the entire roof surface thoroughly to remove all loose particles,dust/dirt particles and applying with one coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 grade at the rate of 1.20 kg/sqm over the plastered surfaces of roof over APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minium 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/ sqm) laid on primed surfaces by gas flame torch application and applying evenly industrial bitumen 85/25 grade at the rate of 1.20kg/sqm over APP membrane and includingh two coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for repairing of soffits of slabs, chajja, facia and similar works by dismantling of loose/ disintegrated portion of RCC at any height (upto 10M) and in any sitution, including provn of support, formwork and welding of reinforcement and fixing in position and with provision of weld mesh, applying dubbing 1st coat of 20 to 25mm thick in CM 1:3 finished rough and finishing coat of 10mm thick in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement over and including cement slurry @ 3 kg/sqm, finished even and smooth to desired shape and applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint over a coat of arylic resistant primer to match with existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(weld mesh measured and paid sepatrtely) Note:- (i) Unit rate of this item includes the cost of scaffolding, formwork etc. and nothing extra shall be paid on account of variation in height. (ii) For payment purpose, the area of finished plaster in 2nd coat shall be considered.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of walls,chajjas etc and applying two coats of Dr fixit (one coat rain coat water proofing+one coat rain coat classic top coat)of approved shade by Engineer-in-charge over a coat of primer .The drying time of two coats will be 6 to 8 hrs ,including all necessary scoffolding etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Complete removal of existing treatment of external wall surfaces including removing fungus ,algae dirt, oil, grease and loose particles by wire brush,cleaning, washing with water jet Machine,and applying with Dr fixit crack filler by proper grooving , and apply two coats of Dr fixit (one coat rain coat water proofing+one coat rain coat classic top coat)of approved shade by Engineer-in-charge over a coat of primer .The drying time of two coats will be 6 to 8 hrs ,including all necessary scoffolding etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
