Servicing of IR make reciprocating vacuum compressor (Model 15 V) by way of replacement of the below mentioned items. The job includes draining out of the old lubrication oil and allied equipments. The jobfurther includes testing of the compressor on load alongwith flushing of oil with requisite cleaning of assembly housing in Ingersoll Rand vaccum pump.

Disassembling of piston assembly from main housing followed by Replacement repairs to piston assembly by way of replacing following part assemblies: 1) Gasket Set 2) Bushing Crank Pins 3) Connecting Rod Set 4) Piston Ring Set 5) Complete Value Assembly 6) Replacement of crankshaft 7) Big end, small end bearings All tools and tackles shall be arranged by the firm.

Providing and filling of lubrication oil T-30 Distinct including additional topup oil (when required)

Providing and fitting of oil seal viton metal OD
