ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT OF SOLAR PLANT AT 09 LOCATIONS UNDER GE (S) JAIPUR

Amount

The Contractor shall provide fully comprehensive annual maintenance from any one of the OEMs or authorized service dealer of OEMs intended to provide service.

Fully comprehensive annual maintenance of Solar Plant at following 9 locations at Jaipur Military Station : (i) 300 KW -01 (School zone-I) (ii) 220 KW -01 (OTM Accn Zone-III) (iii) 150 KW -02 Nos (OTM Accn Zone-III) (iv) 116 KW -01 (HQ SWC COMMAND) (v) 66 KW -01 (HQ 322 BDE) (vi) 33 KW -03 Nos (ADM BLOCK ZONE-III)

The AMC of the solar plant shall includes following scope : a. Module washing fortnightly (Minimum twice a month or more frequent if required) b. Generation Monitoring c. Checking and identify Hotspot on module (white dots / Brwon color) d. Checking of Module damages/crakes (Make - Warree) e. Checking of temporary shadow on Modules f. Checking of all inverter of rating (20/33/50/100) KW parameteres (VOC, AC DC Voltage, power etc.) twice a month g. String monitoring in all MPPTS h. Inverter reading (Make-Sungrow) i. Visually check condition of Inverter fans and bowering j. Solar Meter reading k. Visually check condition of ACDB and DCDB I. Visually checking of heating issue on termination point of all equipments m. All termination gland condition & cable stress n. SPD (Make - Citel)

NOTES FOR ITEM NOS 1.01 :- (a) After approval of OEM by GE, Contractor shall submit the MOU between the contractor and OEM (b) The scope of works includes the following and rate quoted shall be deemed to be included in this provision. (c) The scope covers all petty repair/replacement and maintenance such as DC cable/MC4 connectors/communication cable of the solar plant however major equipment failure like Inverter/ ACDB/Solar panels/SPDS or any major items etc will be provided by MES under Sch 'B'. The make of the major items 'shall be of the same make available on the site. (d) Reporting and Documentation: Monthly submission of performance report by 7th of each month for preceding month. Monthly Performance report should include the following: i. Preventive maintenance Report ii. Corrective Maintenance Report iii. Chart Showing Comparative power generation of each month (f) The maintenance shall be performed by OEM or authorised service dealer of OEMS
