M &L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall including washing , rubbing down and stopping of distempered surface and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion paint white or tinted complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment from old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper and a coat of primer over and including two or more coat wall care putty to obtain smooth surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surface of ceiling including cornices plastered or unplastered surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing to remove all loose scales, and foreign materials scarping down , smoke soot moulds , moss and efflorescent salts treating oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of steel or iron surface of any description and in any position over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, old size straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 including demolition of old brick work built in CM complete all as specified.

M&L for clearing of shrubs growth and trees on bldgs wall, chajja, and making good the damaged protion in CM 1:3 and match the existing surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for 10 to 12 mm thick smart care ready mix repair plaster with high quality polymer additive and well graded sand and fillers which can be used for plastering ( as per manufacturer instruction ) over interior surface of wall including taking down old plaster of any description or brick or stone wall etc racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer and two or more coat wall care putty to obtain smooth surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge
