Site clearance, cleaning away all grass vegetation, saplings, shrubs, brushwood, undergrowth, roots, and trees not exceeding 30 cm girth and removing rubbish upto a distances of 50 metres outside the periphery of the area under clearance complete all as specified and direcetd by Engineer-in-Charge

Raking out old existing sealant compound and back up rod of the existing joints by special tools like cutting blades/machines, widening of joints by 2 mm by using joint cutting blades of appropriate size straight and smooth edges. Joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil vegetation and other debris Application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before pacing the backup rod and pouring the sealant. Thereafter filled with closed cell, medium density, cross linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 8 mm dia to complete length of the joint, over it to be filled with polyurethane joint sealant meeting the requirements mentioned in BS-5212, BS 4254 and EN-141875- 2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) of+/- 30% etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Work to be carried out in Restricted area and timings are restricted.

Joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil, vegetation and other debris Application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the filler board and pouring the sealant Thereafter filled with pre-molded 25 mm thick compressible polyethylene closed cell type filler board as specified, over it filled with closed cell medium density, cross linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 30 mm dia for complete length of the joint. Finally filled with polyurethane joint sealant meeting the requirements mentioned in BS-5212, BS 4254 and EN-141875-2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor MAF of+/- 30% complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Work is carried out in Restricted area and timings is restricted

Demolition of Concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC Type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring etc incl dipersal with broom finish surface complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

Repairs to existing concrete pavement by cutting inverted trapezoidal section 75mm depth and 40mm width on surface in regular shapes by using cutting blades/machines, removing loose concrete, cleaning with compressed air and washing with chemical water solution, filling the cracks with bituminous sealing compound Grade 'B' conforming to IS 1834-1984 complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Painting two coats of aqua based road marking paint including preparation of new surfaces of dispersal and bituminous/concrete pavement and the like not exceeding 10 cm wide as in lines, dashes,letters, arrows etc of any tint white/golden yellow all as specified and as directed

M&L for Retro reflective painting to dispersal, taxiway, centre line, Apron markings etc. either continuous or broken lines to the required width and length over the new surface either on bituminous/concrete surface with solvent based road marking paint (Retro reflective paint) of approved make as specified and glass beads shall be applied at the rate of 0.25 kg per Sqm (Reflective index 1.5) with self propelled airless spray painting equipment incl preparation of surface upto the requirement at site complete all as specified and as directed.
