Design, Fabrication, Erection and Maintenance of C-DOT Stall • Floor Work with Raised Platform & side panel (Illumination effect with floor lights & logo display by gobo lights, Wooden, Carpeted, Tiled or Glass floor or as suited by design) • Joinery work - high quality work • Lights & Illumination Effect: Use of LED Effects on Fascia, Spot Halogens, Halides, down-lighters, Ceiling lamps, tube fittings for glow boxes, backlit effects on glass panels, as suited by design • Graphic Work: 3D visuals, Acrylic work & Translites, Digital Posters & Graphics for Wall Backdrops, Back-wall, Stall Fascia & Branding work (Top branding structure), Glass chambers with spot lights for products for outward display, Scroller, as suited by design • Paint: High Quality, glossy finish like duco or as suited • C-DOT 3D Logo installed at strategic location at sufficient height so as to make it visible from each end of hall lobby

Innovative Art-Work – Displaying smart infrastructure model using C-DOT Product Portfolio cutouts - combining Large Video wall/TV (slim type screen to be installed of large size screen) at strategic location may be proposed for attracting the visitors and imparting information about C-DOT .)

Product Counters (Width –1 Mtr, Size of Counters; Size may vary depending on the products size); 8 of Counters to be equipped with lockable cabinet under it. Posters or Product Counter may be placed on separate standee type fabricated structure, If wall of product counter is looking cluttered with TV and poster. Each Counter having two new looking bar stool, two acrylic tent/Pla- card Frame for product name, with Brochure Holder of Acrylic make, One small (6”x6”) Frame for placing QR Code 6 counters will have new looking Glass shelves (2 nos each) for placing products, 3D type Counter Fascia, well lit Poster/Graphic work & TV (with HDMI Cable and remote), One Power Extension Board for each counter. Wall slim HD LED 40” TV (Wall mounted or with stand, as suited by design) - One TV for Each Product Counter Product Counters should be arranged such that a visitor entering the booth from side have all product counter in his/her path covered before exiting the booth from other side. One counter to be fitted with small 2x2 ft Glass door with electrically powered magnetic lock

Wiring (detailed layout distribution will be shared by C-DOT): Each Counter should be wired for LAN CAT6 Connectivity (Two RJ-45 port) to be extended from Store Room. Some counter might require additional RJ-45 ports (total 15-20 nos) is rquired at different coun One Counter might require Cable TV wiring from Dish Antenna to Counter. One Counetr might require wiring of GPS antenna. Each Counter, reception, meeting room, store room, and server room should have Power Sockets 5A (5 nos each area -total 5x number of product counters and rooms). Extra requirement of Power Sockets 5A (5 nos each area- total 50 nos) and 15A (3 nos each area) (total 45 nos) are required to be distributed for 10 additional place/areas. Some counter might need fewer sockets, and some counter might require more than given above. Wiring of Camera for One Counter. Concealing of Wiring of Equipment is to be ensured. (Above wiring is only for C-DOT product demo requirement, distributed over 3 UPS) Layout of LAN Cabling and power sockets requirements of booth will be shared by C-DOT team

Information & Reception Counter with two designer bar stools with lockable cabinet & drawer Logo Panel with illumination on front One large additional Flex for C-DOT Branding Four Nos of Laptop Table having top of size 2x2 ft, having height of bar counter

One closed Conference/Discussion Room (Glass Chamber, partially covered or Open or with Different flooring) with Sofa sets, one TV, Center Coffee table with glass & marbles, and Four Meeting chairs Graphics Work in inside walls

Pantry & Store room with Lockable door Including • Storage Rack with 6 Partitions(3 open and 3 lockable Shelves ) - 2nos • Lockable Steel Almirahs (With Two Spare key set)– 4 nos to be available since 13-oct evening); Locks should be smooth to operate • Coffee, Tea & Soup vending Machine - 1nos • One Refrigerator - Small • A raised platform with racks for Server area where UPS, Router, Modems etc. may be placed

Decorative Plants in elegant pots-10 Flower Pots with flowers-4 Bouquets – 9 (three for each day) Time: 9:00 AM Each day Providing flower pots (To be changed every day) and healthy plants (~ 3 ft height) with attractive foliage for every counter. Flower arrangement for reception, conference area in stall to be changed every day.

Trash bins with garbage bags: (10 small, 2 Big) Cleaning of the pavilion atleast twice a day and more often, if required. Covering of all exhibits (C-DOT equipments & other items) with clothe cover after exhibition hours in order to prevent it from , dust & water moisture.(Covering should be available from 4 pm on 13 October 2024) Boundary Tape for ‘Do Not Cross’ print for closing the booth for each day Arrow Stickers for marking route in Red carpet. – 10 Nos Black & Yellow Marking Tape to indicate change in level at boot platform Corner-Cover or Floor to avoid injury

UPS- internal battery to cater 40 KW power load (Configuration similar to 15KW, 15KW, 10KW)

Photography of stall for all days of exhibition (only soft copies are sufficient) Photoshoot of each Products being displayed Short Clip/ Byte of each product counter in which C-OT staff will be demonstrating the Product and its application, use cases.

Generation of Audio Video File of One Product launch (duration 2-3 minute in 4k Resolution) and Corporate Video covering whole C-OT stall , its all products, all days, visitors, crowd, its manning team

Maintenance for 5 days (14th - 18th Oct 2024) • Carpenter – 1 • Electrician – 1 • Helper (cleaners) – 2 • Pantry- Service Boy – 1 no. • Arrangement of One formally dressed boy for pantry services and Two well-dressed boy for maintenance service, • Vending machine with tea, coffee, cold drinks etc. & mineral water with light refreshment- refilling every day for 80 persons approx.

Consumables Pantry Items for 5 days (14th - 18th Oct 2024) • Mini Water Bottles (600 nos per day) • Soup, Tea & Coffee machine (600 cups per day) • Soft Drinks & Packed Juices (400 nos of 100 ml per day) • Snacks – Chips (300), Biscuits (100) & Cakes (200) (total 600 nos of small packs) • Lunch for 80 persons • Paper Napkins – 20 packets, • SS good quality Serving Trays, • Visitor card Bowl & Chocolate Bowl with chocolates – 3 packets of 100s for each day
