Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10sq.m on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and exceeding 1.5 m but not exceeding 3.0 in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. or for cable laying or not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and exceeding 1.5 m but not exceeding 3 m in depth and getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm. Soft/loose soil.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting poin soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Providing cement concrete in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in item 4028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating, as directed type B0 1:2:4(12.5 mm graded aggregate) including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for RCC Design mix M25 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams ,plinth beam ,bases for column; basement slabs, complete all as specified and as directed.
