Improvement of Khamar CD over Local Nalla Near village Basudevpur in Athagarh Block of Cuttack District under Improvement to Checkdam Scheme for the year 2025-26.

Clearing grass and removal of rubbish and depositing the same clear of work site with all leads, lifts and delifts etc with supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation loading, unloading and carriage by mechanical means of all kinds of soil, including Stoney earth, gravel and moorum etc inters read with boulders upto1/2 cum size wih all lifts and delifts including trimming of slope and bed to design section and depositing the excavated materials away from site as per the specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge within an initial lead of 1 km from the place of excavation complete as directed by the Engineer in-charge.

Preparation of foundation bed in hard rock requiring chieselling, hammering and tampering; wire brushing and air & water jetting etc including hire charges of all equipments and T & P etc. complete for dams, barrages and power house etc. over rock foundation as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Fixing 25mm Anchor bars in foundation rock including drilling 35mm dia holes, fixing wedged anchor and grouting with cement mortar (1:4) complete, including cost of M.S. rods for Dams, barrages and power house structures including pull testing of 30% of anchors including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials labour ,T&P materials required for this item complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Depth of hole only to be measured for payment purpose).

Providing Cement Concrete M15 grade on approved surface , shape and size using 20mm and downgraded crusher broken hard granite stone aggregates of approved quality quarried, free from weathered skin surface and any other deleterious materials, using clean and sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to the design specifications including hoisting & lowering to all heights, watering & dewatering, laying the concrete in position to proper slope and level, compacting in layers with vibrators and finishing the exposed surface smooth, curing for required time, providing beads and grooves including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials, with all cost of tools and plant, cost and carriage of water etc, with supply of all labour and supervision charges including mobilisation & demobilisation of machineries, all incidental charges required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Cement Concrete M20 grade for RCC works on approved surface, shape and size using 20mm and downgraded crusher broken hard granite stone aggregates of approved quality quarried, free from weathered skin surface and any other deleterious material, using clean and sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to the design specifications including hoisting & lowering to all heights, watering & dewatering, laying the concrete in position to proper slope and level, compacting in layers with vibrators and finishing the exposed surface smooth, curing for required time, providing beads and grooves including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials, ( excluding cost, carriage of M.S. rod and labour for cutting, bending, binding and fixing of M.S. rod) with all cost of tools and plant, cost and carriage of water etc, with supply of all labour and supervision charges including mobilisation & demobilisation of machineries, with all incidental charges required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, straightening, cutting, bending, binding of steel reinforcement of different diameters and tying the grills as per approved design & drawing and placing in position including, cost, conveyance, royalties and other taxes of M.S. Rods, binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge including providing concrete chairs, dowel bars, lapping wherever necessary with supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc, complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing rigid shuttering with the box type steel shuttering plates with keys for intermediate construction joints for plain or reinforced cement concrete works including false work and dismantling the same after casting and proper curing including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials required for the work with supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc, complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation of any approved type of soil in approved borrow area by mechanical means loading into and transportation by mechanical means and unloading the soil with all leads and lift on properly prepared and scientifically approved surface including spreading and levelling the earth in 30.00 cm layers to make ready for compaction with HRR in afflux bund for all height including construction, maintenance and lightening of haul road and borrow area etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Measurement will be taken on finished level section)only. (1 KM)

Removing old revetment and aprons and repacking them with available departmental stone, filling interstices with small stones by edging and hammering to proper slope and level including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes all materials with all leads and lifts etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling in foundation and plinth with excavated earth with all leads, lifts & delifts including making arrangement for carriage of water and with cost conveyance of all materials, labour required for the works including watering and ramming etc. complete and including supply of labour and T & P required for the work complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
