Servicing of Air Handling Units (AHUs) of various capacities installed at District Court Complex, Moominabad Srinagar. The job includes dust extraction from AHU filters by means of heavy duty vacuum cleaner followed by cleaning of filter mesh to remove any trapped dust particles by a high pressure water jet. Further the job includes descaling of AHU heating coil by circulating a solution of descaling compound through the coil followed by thoroughly cleaning outside surface of the coil. The job also includes replacement of seals/gaskets/worn-out nuts and bolts etc. as per actual requirement at site. The job also includes greasing of AHU blower/motor bearings, replacement/tightening of pump/blower foundation bolt with all other incidental works thereof included. (All AHUs are of vertical Type)
