REPAIR/MAINT OF B/R WORKS OF JAK RIF AND INF BDE (OTM/MD) IN NORTH ZONE AREA UNDER GE DIPATOLI

Taking down cement plaster including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubing down with water etc.complete all as directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement Mortar (1:4) on the surfaces fair faces of brick work/concrete and finished the surface even and smmoth complete as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement Mortar (1:6) on the surfaces other than fair faces of brick work/concrete/ and finished the surface surface even and smmoth complete as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement Mortar (1:3) on the surfaces of ceiliing and finished the surface even and smmoth complete as specified and directed

M&L for 10 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 including concrete work for RCC chajja, fins, facia ceiling of chajja and like not exceeding 60 cm wide including necessary formwork, scoffolding, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment on wall surfaces complete all as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly / old plastered surfaces of wall and applying a coat of wall care putty 1 mm thick to make the surfaces truly smooth complete all as specified.

M&L for applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer white or tinted on new wall surfaces (or necessary preparation if required ) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing the old surfaces and applying one coat of oil bound distemper white or tinted on walls/ceiling by mechanical applicator and complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

Complete removal of existing treatment of any height of bldigs and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion white or tinted etc by mechenical applicator or as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.
