Supply and erection of 8m free standing single arm bracket 8 sided Octogonally continuously tapered structured pole with base plate of size 300 x 300 x 12mm as per IS-875 with following specification. Bottom Pole Dia - 130mm Top Pole Dia - 70 mm Thickness of Pole - 3mm The pole should be hot dip galvanized confirming to BESN ISO- 1461 with thickness of 65 Micron. The octagonal pole shall be erected with bridge wall PCD adaptor in cantilever assembly with 250mmX250mmX16mm GI Plates with centre hole of bottom pole dia (130mm) surrounded with four hole arrangement with 8mm thick stiffener GI plate, 4Nos. M24 X 150mm bolt with nut & washer.

Supply and fixing of 1No 150W LED street light luminaire (Higher End) with hot dip galvanised single arm bracket of suitable length with suitable bolt and nuts with 1.5sqmm PVC insulated SC unsheathed FRLS copper wire of 24 mtr length from junction box to the fitting. The integrated junction box with pole should be provided with 1No. 4way terminal block with Hylum sheet and 1No 6A SP MCB in suitable size door at the bottom with locking arrangements and necessary connection complete. The pole and bracket should withstand wind speed of 180 Km/Hr. All the nut, washer and bolt should be galvanised. Testing and commissioning should be done as directed by the departmental officers.

The pole and bracket should withstand wind speed of 180 Km/Hr. All the nut, washer and bolt should be galvanised. Testing and commissioning should be done as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and fixing of 150W LED Flood light Luminaire with integrated driver (Higher end) with SMC Junction box to house 1No. of 6A SP MCB and 4 way terminal block with PVC unsheathed FRLS Copper leads with necessary connection complete (For under deck lighting).

Supply and fixing of 150W LED street light fitting with LED (Higher end) with 40mm dia. GI pipe (class B) with 1 no.40 mm dia GI bend complete on the existing post/ on wall with 1.5 sq.mm PVC unsheathed FRLS copper leads with MS clamps and with painting with SMC Junction box to house 1No. of 6A SP MCB and 4 way terminal block with PVC unsheathed FRLS Copper leads with necessary connection complete.

Supply and fixing of fabricated street light control panel of size not less than 3' x 3' x 1.5' made out of 16SWG CRCA sheet steel with lock and key arrangements painted with spray painting of 2 coats of red oxide and enamel paint with necessary superscribing & danger sign to be mounted on a suitable concreting pedestal with necesary supports with following provisions : 1) Supply and fixing of digital weekly programmable timer switch with shortest switching time of 1 minute to turn on /off the lights. 2) Supply and fixing of 100A Four pole contactor 3) Supply and fixing of Vertical type 8 way triple pole neutral MCB distribution board in sheet steel enclosure double door type (Metal) with IP42 protection with 1 no. 100A 4 pole MCB as incoming,6Nos 32A 3pole MCB & 2Nos 63A TP MCB as outgoing with earth connection complete. The MCB DB and MCB's should be Higher End only.

Supply and fixing of TNEB meter board suitable for 3 phase 100A service connection made up of suitable angle iron frame work of size 2 feet x 1-1/2 feet using angle iron of size 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" x 1/4" rigidly fixed on wall covered with hylem sheet of size 2 feet x 1-1/2 feet of 12mm thickness with necessary bolts and nuts supports and supply and fixing of 3 Nos. 100A fuse units (500V), 1 No. neutral link, copper earth flat of size 1" x 1/4" with inter connection of EB meter to fuse units by 16sq.mm PVC insulated copper wire with 1 No 100Amp 30 mA Four Pole RCBO (Higher End) with suitable necessary connection with earth connection complete.

Supply and fixing of 3 Phase 100A aerial fuse unit for 3 Nos 100A fuse units (500V) on suitable MS sheet covered with 6mm thick hylem sheet on suitable angle iron work the tapping pole with necessary clamps.

Earthing as per the ISI specification with an earth electrode of 2.1mt class 'B' GI pipe of dia not less than 40mm, with copper earth plate of size 125mm x 50mm x 6mm, with necessary funneling arrangements with necessary masonry work and with 38mm RCC cover slab for the brick masonry.
