Providing of Non-clog sewage handling pump / solid handling pump set with CI Impeller, CI Body, SS Shaft & Sleeve, Discharge: 410 m³/hr, Head: 15-20 mtr, . Make: WILO M&P/KBL/JYOTI/DJB approved make. Supply of suitable HP, Standard Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC) Squirrel Cage Motors (Enclosure Conforming to protection IP55, Horizontal Foot Mounted Induction motors, continuously rated suitable for operation on 415±10%, 3‐Phase, 50Hz±5%, AC Supply with class 'F' insulation for an ambient of 50 Deg.C and altitude less than 1000M above MSL and confirming to IEC: 60034-1 & IS 12615:2018 for above specification pump; Make: CG/Kirloskar/ABB/DJB approved make. Providing coupling & coupling guard for above pump set. The complete system (i.e. Motor, Pump, Coupling & Coupling Guard etc.)  should be mounted on fixed- platform as per site requirement & direction of engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing of suitable HP Star Delta (Push Button Start) starter with panel enclosure for AC induction motor  and complete fitting, indications and its control circuit, MCCB-3P (125-150A), MCB, Contactor, spreader link, CT, timer, motor protection relay, bus bars, voltmeter and ammeter etc as required at site to make the above pump set at S. No.1 fully operated/functional. The panel to be fitted in the panel room by using 16 sq. mm copper cable 3 core as per site requirement & direction of engineer in charge. Make: All components/wiring in the panel & for as required for all connections should be DJB approved

Fabrication, supply, installation and fixing of weather-proof MS canopy for protection of pump set against rainwater, sunlight and other weather effects, comprising MS square pipe frame, MS sheet roofing (minimum 1.6 mm thick), necessary supports, foundation bolts, welding, cutting, grinding & other accessories complete in all respects as per site requirement & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing of CIDF swing type, NRV 150 mm dia confirming to IS 5312, having body, door in Cl to IS, 210 Gr. FG. 260, Body ring and door ring of LTB2. Hinge pin of SS 410, Bearing Block of LTB2 as per IS. 318. Valves inbuilt with non slam characteristic Flange as per IS 1538, PN 1.0. SOR (2024-25) E&M Item Code 4.30.4 Make : IVC/ Kirloskar/DJB approved.

Providing of CIDF sluice valve 150 mm dia generally conforms to IS. 14846 having body, door, dome gland in Cl to IS 210 Gr. Fg. 260, four faces and spindle nut of LTB2 as per 15.318. Non Rising spindle of SS AISI 410, PN 1 rating. Flange drilled as per IS 1538, IPN 1.0 rating. SOR (2024-25) E&M Item Code 4.29.4 Make: IVC/ Kirloskar/ DJB approved .

Providing of MS Pipe "B" Class 150 mm dia, thickness 6 mm conforming to IS 1239 Part 1 (2004)  Make : Tata/Jindal/ DJB Approved. (Payment will be paid as per actual)

Providing  of  150 mm dia MS Bend 90 degree of suitable thickness, as per site requirement and direction of Engineer Incharge.

Providing  of MS Flanges for 150 mm dia pipe of suitable thickness, as per site requirement and direction of Engineer Incharge.

Providing  of High pressure packing, as per site requirement and direction of Engineer Incharge.

Providing suitable nut bolts & washer as required for installation of pump set and valve etc.  (Payment will be done as per actual work at site).
