Supplying and fixing in position of Aluminium anodised partition with 62x38x2mm extruded box section at bottom, vertical and horizontal members. The vertical members are spaced at 90cm c/c and to horizontal members are spaced at 1.20m, 2.10m and 2.40m height and the bottom panels should be covered with 12mm thick PLB exterior grade and the top and middle panels should be fixed at 4mm thick clear glass with necessary glassing clips, rubber beadings etc., including cost of labour for electrical consumption required for the fabrication, drilling holes in RCC columns with power drill to the required extent and make good to the original condition etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers. The aluminium for frame to be anodised with matt finish under electrically controlled condition in accordance with ISI 1868/1962 specification for an average anodic film thickness of not less than 15 microns.

Supplying, fabricating, erecting structural steel work for roofing welded or bolted type using MS channels, angles, plates and round bars etc., conforming to IS specification including primer coating and enamel painting as per design given by the departmental officers etc., complete as per standard specification.

Supplying and fixing in position of false ceiling arrangements with aluminium anodised 'T' section and 'L' angle frame work of grid of size 60x60cm with aluminium 'T' section and 'L' angle of size 25x25x2mm thick and the same is supported at suitable intervals by adjustable type 6mm dis MS rod with suitable threaded nuts suspended rods hung from ceiling at 100cm c/c in both directions and fixing 60x60x20cm thick thermocol in the grid as to give a seat to false ceiling including painting the 6mm dia MS rod etc., complete complying with standard specifications. Necessary openings and arrangements for fixing electrical fittings should be provided with suitable frame work etc., complete.

Painting two coats with ready mixed Plastic Emulsion paint (weather proof) of approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scraping, clean removal of dirt and including necessary plaster of paris, putty wherever required etc., complete as per standard specifications.

Fabricating supplying and fixing of Galvalume Colour Sheet of size 0.47mm with the following specification. The materials should be of PPGI tile profile with a red colour or any other approved design 0.47mm thick 24 gauge having width 1050mm. The sheet should be G.I base pre painted hot dipped galvanized iron sheet and to be fixed with shelf tapping screws and plastic washer. The washer and screws to be fixed by using minute power machine drilled without damaging the sheets paint coating to be regular modified polyester coat with zinc coating of Z 120 GSM paint thickness the finish should be terra cotta finish like Malabar Mangalore tiles finish optional matt finish. The sheet to be fixed with making suitable corrugated, cutting the sheet in to the required size and making ornamental designs as per the site condition and as directed by the departmental officers

supply and fixing of 18W LED square type Recessed fitting with LED (Higher end) on false Ceiling with suitable hanging support from ceiling with PVC unsheathed copper leads from terminals to the fitting.
