Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The Tenderer must be Registered in BWSSB or Equivalent registration with KPWD/CPWD etc., & shall furnish valid registration certificate which is in Currency.

Assessed Available Tender Capacity A x N x 2.5 -B should be greater than the Amount Put to Tender.A is Maximum value of Civil Engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years taking into account the completed as well as works in progress N is Number of Years Bis Value of OnGoing Works .The Supporting document for A is Mandatory

The Tenderer should have in the last 5 years period achieved in at-least TWO Financial Years an average Annual Financial Turnover of Rupees Not less than Rs.96.58 Lakhs with GST

Mandating Satisfactory Completion as a prime contractor for atleast one similar work to an extent of 50% of the cost of the work i.e Rs.48.29 Lakhs with GST during Last 5 Years.

Executed in Any one year (for a continuous period of 12 months) the minimum quantities of work(usually 80% of the annual requirement) i.e 698.48 Rmt of 230mm dia & Above GSW Pipeline and 307.60 Rmt of 300mm dia & Above RCC NP-3 Class Pipeline with allied work such as Providing & Laying of Wet Mix Macadam & Bituminous Road work.

Liquid Assets and or availability of Credit facilities: Rs.29.98 Lakhs with GST from the Nationalized Bank

The Form of tender as per the Proforma available in KW-III should be duly filled and uploaded in the KPP portal as a part of tender document which is Mandatory

The APT is Excluding GST. Hence the rates quoted shall be excluding GST.

Technical Criteria

General

Minimum financial turnover (civil engineering construction works) not less than two times the annual payments from this contract (Rs. xxxxx Lakhs)

Satisfactoriy completed (atleast 90%) as prime contractor at-least one such similar work of value not less than Rs. xxxxxxx (80% of estimated cost of tender)

Executed in any one year the following minimum quantities of work (Cement Concrete - xxxx cum, Earthwork - xxxx cum, etc) (80% of peak rate of construction)

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Owning the following key and critical equipment for this work (xxxx, xxxx, xxxx)

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs. xxxxxx Lakhs (estimated cash flow for 3 months of peak construction period)

Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

List of existing commitments and ongoing works

List of works for which tenders already submitted

Banker Details for reference

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years
