Cutting in Earth work and disposal of excavated earth upto all lead

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto all lead and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.

Stone filling behind retaining walls.

Providing PVC pipe of 100mm dia for weep holes in retaining walls.

Removal of slips in all kinds of soil (including saturated soil but excluding boulders and rocky portion requiring blasting) disposing of un-serviceable material within all leads and stacking of serviceable material and neatly dressing the surface Lump Sum.
