Supply,laying,jointing,testing and commissioning XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty, LT UG cable with aluminium conductor,1100 volts grade cross sectional area 185 sqmm 3.5 core connected with aluminium lugs connected by cramping tools all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid separately.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr depth and getting out for taking out / laying of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and providing sand cushioning with dry clean sand 15 cm below cable and 8 cm above the cable complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness shall be measured for the purpose of payments.

Supply and laying unreinforced precast cement concrete cable covers, Class LV, Type-1, with peak, size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus excavated material not exc 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation mass concrete and filling including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered complete with necessary use and waste fo form work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of 100 mm bore GI pipe light grade fixed on pole /trenches/wall/road crossing etc complete with clamp nut bolt etc all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of 50 mm bore GI pipe light grade fixed on pole /trenches/wall/road crossing etc complete with clamp nut bolt etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for trenchless boring under road crossings/foot paths by manual / Boring machine of dia 120 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installation outdoor type loop in loop out junction box totally enclosed double door weather and vermin proof, suitably ventilated, 440 Volts, 50 HZ,AC supply, fully compartamentalised cubical type made out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet steel and powder coating including suitable angle iron/flat iron frame work/supports, excavation and earth work, PCC foundation etc, including 4 Nos copper bus bar of 200 Amps with indicating lamps of R,Y,B and MCCB TPN, 415 volt adjustable type, 100 Amps with breaking capacity 25 KA- 01 No at incoming side complete all as directed.

S and F polycarbonate junction loop in / loop out box of internal size 230x170x105 mm made out of FRP (Hot moulded type) with weather proof canopy and locking screws alongwith 5/6 Amps MCB-01 No, 15 Amps rated 3 pole connector - 01 Nos, neutral link mounted and Din rail suitable size for mounting MCB/Connector complete in the box, duly fixed to steel tubular pole/PCC pole using 25 x 3mm FI clamp with suitable gland and lugs and necessary arrangement to connect the lights with 2 runs 1.5 sqmm pvc wire in the pvc conduit complete all as specified and as directed.

M &L for GI Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x6 mm buried directly in ground verticvally to size of depth not less than 0.90x 0.60 x 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of the plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, earth plate connected to galvanised earth strip of size 25x3 mm, 7.5 mtr long by means of brazing nuts, bolts, check nuts, & washers ,testing of completion (drawn in earth lead protection pipe light gade GI of size 32/40 mm dia) by means brazing at both edges with vertical plane of electrode all as shown in plate No 3 of SSR Part - I connected to earthing lead with Main switch/main control board,filling with charcoal dust 200 Kg, and common salt 100 KG , including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil ,perforated watering pipe,funnel with wire mesh,earth lead protection pipe light grade PCC chamber 1:3:6 type C1 (for even finish on both the faces) and RCC cover 1:2:4 Type B1,450 x450 x50 mm thick with 6 mm dia CTD bars 150 mm c/c with 2 Nos of handles of 10 mm dia steel rod all as specified and directed and testing on completion and connected to equipment with lugs and screw nuts etc all as specified and directed. Note : (i) 7.5 RM GI earth wire deemed to be included in quoted rates beyond 7.5 RM wire shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Earth resistance of earth pit should be not more than 02 Ohms on testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost. (iii) Rate quoted by the tenderer is deemed to included salt & Charcoal upto & above 450 mm top of GI Plate.

S&F GI strip of size 25x4 mm connected both ends with necessary bolts, nuts & washrs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel as in cross arms bracing supports clamps and back planes fabricated from structural steel section including nut, bolts washers welding welding drilling holes for bolts in any shape and size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one proimer coat one under coat one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete. paint complete to support the cables all as specified.

Supply & Fix wire mess fencing of opening size 35mm x 35mm and 2mm dia of wire MS galvanisd fencing, any or type complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L , hardcore of gauge n-exc. 40mm, deposited ,spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface. Note:- Hardcore of gauge not exceeding 40mm shall executed near base of electric Panels and inside the transformer fencing etc.

Dismantling/ Taking down existing overhead line ACSR conductor of any description

Dismantling/ Taking down LT insulator, 1100 volts of any description, Complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling/ Taking down existing cross arms of any description, Complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling/ Taking down earth/ craddle wire of any description, Complete all as specified and directed.
